La presente investigación, se realizó con el objetivo general de describir en qué medida la condena del absuelto vulnera el debido proceso, respecto al derecho de defensa y la pluralidad de instancias en la Sala Penal de Apelaciones de Huánuco; para arribar al mismo se realizó el análisis de sentencias de segunda instancia de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Huánuco correspondiente a los años 2020 – 2021, así como la encuesta realizada a 10 jueces penales. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se ha empleado el tipo de investigación básico o teórico, nivel correlacional, diseño no experimental y longitudinal, mediante el método hipotético deductivo. The article presents an alternative for manufacturing and process industry, aims to integrate flow, pressure and temperature modules automated for Centro de Manufactura Avanzada (CEMA-UNMSM) through Microcontroller, responding to the need of the business sector, to improve their productivity by using economic technology to increase product quality and reduce manufacturing costs. The results achieved in the research is the integration of process control systems for CEMA, which brings in conclusion the feasibility of functional devices reduced installation space, versatile and easy process operation using software.
