ELECTROCOAGULATION (EC) IS A TECHNOLOGY THAT GENERATES COAGULATING SUBSTANCES IN SITU BY OXIDIZING SACRIFICIAL ANODES THROUGH AN ELECTRIC CURRENT APPLIED TO THE ELECTRODES. El trabajo de suficiencia profesional se enfoca en el desarrollo de una estrategia integral de marketing para Resocentro Juliaca, a través de una investigación de estudio de caso, con el objetivo de fortalecer la demanda y la percepción de la marca en el mercado. La metodología adoptada incluye un análisis cualitativo y un estudio de caso, que subrayan la necesidad de acciones de marketing específicas, tales como campañas publicitarias y visitas médicas personalizadas, para destacar atributos de alta calidad y tecnología de punta de la empresa. El presente estudio analiza la variación de los parámetros de resistencia de suelos lacustres en Cerro de Pasco ante el incremento de sobrecarga inducido por la construcción progresiva de diques. Para su evaluación se emplearon resultados de ensayos de penetración estándar (SPT) realizados en diferentes años (2010, 2019 y 2025), correspondientes a etapas sin carga y posteriores a la aplicación de cargas de 540 kPa y 620 kPa. Los valores del número de golpes fueron corregidos mediante la metodología (N₁)₆₀ según la norma ASTM D1586, y se determinaron los parámetros geotécnicos derivados: cohesión no drenada (Cu), ángulo de fricción interna (φ), coeficiente de presiones laterales en reposo (K₀), módulo de deformación (Es) y presión admisible (qadm). The use of manual methods to forecast demand in perishable food companies is generally subject to the variability of internal and external factors in the company, causing excess inventories and significant monetary losses, so it is relevant to carry out this research with the objective of to demonstrate that by implementing Machine Learning it is possible to improve the accuracy of the demand forecast. A case study in a company in the poultry sector in Peru, forecasting the last quarter of 2022, based on a real sales database and applying the time series method, comparing the results of the Machine Learning model, and obtaining as a result in a model with high Forecast Accuracy (FA) of 97.56% and a high Forecast Bias (FB) of 2.44%. Most Andean lakes and lagoons are used as reservoirs to manage hydropower generation and cropland irrigation, which, in turn, alters river flow patterns through processes of storage and discharge. The Carhuacocha and Vichecocha lagoons, fed by glaciers, are important aquatic ecosystems regulated by dams. These dams increase the flow of the Mantaro River during the dry season, supporting both energy production and irrigation for croplands. Water quality in the Carhuacocha and Vichecocha lagoons was assessed between storage and discharge events by using the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment Water Quality Index (CCME WQI) and multivariate statistical methods. The objective was to describe the characteristics and nutritional profile of processed foods and beverages advertised during child protection hours (6 am to 10 pm, according to Peruvian regulations) on the two channels with the largest audience on Peruvian television. In this cross-sectional study, 448 hours of television content on 14 random days from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm between January and February 2021 were recorded and 2061 advertisements for processed foods and beverages were identified. The time frame with the most publicity for these foods was between 2:00 pm. and 6:00 pm. (33,9%). Los procesos de fusión o de escisión son operaciones societarias usuales dentro del tráfico económico por los cuales se transfieren unidades productivas autónomas de un titular a otro. En el presente artículo se analiza el conflicto que la sucesión de empresa puede generar entre los derechos fundamentales del empleador y de los trabajadores, y se propone la aplicación del juicio de ponderación como herramienta de solución, maximizando con ello el contenido de los derechos involucrados. Finalmente, el autor exalta la función del Derecho del Trabajo para una futura regulación de sus efectos.

Entre los diversos medios que disponen las partes, se encuentra la pericia. Puede ser definida como la actividad realizada por terceros ajenos al proceso, aplicando conocimientos especializados, ya de carácter científico, artístico, técnico o práctico, en el estudio y valoración de un objeto de prueba. Se ven dos aspectos: el primero, la actividad que despliega el experto o perito sobre unos hechos determinados que interesan al proceso; el segundo, llevar esa apreciación mediante un dictamen al conocimiento judicial. En el juicio oral la prueba se forma en el debate oral. La pericia para que sea apreciada tiene que ser debatida en la audiencia oral.
