The following investigation tries to explore the field of the perception of the old ones, which they go to the centers of integral development for the old people in the municipality of Mexicali; the methodology used consisted of semi structured interviews and audio recordings, which later they were analyzed under the phenomenological perspective of the studied cases. the purpose of the same one, tries by exposing the cases, to contribute to the change of the cultural perception on such, to know external and internal the factors that affect the total development in this stage of the life, as well as, to recognize the importance that has the creation of specialized places in contributing to the bio-psico-social care of the individuals.

Se trata del caso de una paciente mujer de 70 años con antecedente de aneurisma cerebral y gastritis por Helicobacter pylori. Dos semanas antes del ingreso presenta diarreas recurrentes, dificultad para deambular y desorientación en espacio-tiempo. Al ingreso al hospital presenta fatiga, debilidad, palidez, dolor abdominal tipo cólico y parestesia. Después de algunos exámenes auxiliares se diagnosticó Anemia Megaloblástica por deficiencia de vitamina B12 asociada a gastritis crónica, por lo que se inició tratamiento con hidroxicobalamina vía intramuscular y luego, con valores normales de hemoglobina, se siguió tratamiento con vitamina B12 por vía oral. La Anemia Megaloblástica se caracteriza por alteración en la síntesis de ADN. Las causas más comunes son la deficiencia de vitamina B12 y/o de vitamina B9. El Fenómeno del Niño, las sequías y el clima cálido influyen de manera directa en el buen estado ecológico de los bosques en la Región Piura. El objetivo es relacionar las firmas espectrales evaluadas en las imágenes de satélite Sentinel-2 con las firmas espectrales medidas con el espectro-radiómetro FieldSpec4, para la identificación de bosque seco en la cuenca baja del río Chira, región Piura, Perú. El preprocesamiento de las imágenes Sentinel-2 correspondientes a los tiles 17MNR, 17MPR, 17MMQ, 17MNQ y 17MPQ son unidas en mosaico, remuestreadas y cortadas con el software SNAP. This is the first study to assess the risk of co-endemic Plasmodium vivax and Plasmodium falciparum transmission in the Peruvian Amazon using boosted regression tree (BRT) models based on social and environmental predictors derived from satellite imagery and data. Yearly cross-validated BRT models were created to discriminate high-risk (annual parasite index API > 10 cases/1000 people) and very-high-risk for malaria (API > 50 cases/1000 people) in 2766 georeferenced villages of Loreto department, between 2010–2017 as other parts in the article (graphs, tables, and texts). This work was carried out by the importance of providing insights into the nano-based drug delivery of anticancers. To this aim, a representative model of aluminum nitride (AN) nanocage scaffold and two of its boron and gallium doped forms (BAN and GAN) were investigated towards the adsorption of thiotepa (Tep) anticancer. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations were performed to evaluate the stabilized structures and their corresponding electronic features. The results indicated the contribution of N-head and S-head of Tep to interactions with each scaffold resulting six complexes; NTep@AN and STep@AN, NTep@BAN and STep@BAN, NTep@GAN and STep@GAN. The population of Peruvian creole cattle (PCC) is decreasing mainly due to the introduction of more productive breeds in recent years. We report the complete mitochondrial genome sequence of a PCC bull for the first time. This genome was 16,339 bp in length with the base composition 31.43% A, 28.64% T, 26.81% C, and 13.12% G. It contained 13 protein-coding genes, 2 ribosomal RNA genes, 22 transfer RNA genes and a control region. Among the 37 genes, 28 were positioned on the H-strand and 9 were positioned on the L-strand. The most frequently used codons were CUA (Leucine), AUA (Isoleucine), AUU (Isoleucine), AUC (Isoleucine) and ACA (Threonine). Maximum likelihood analysis clearly demonstrated that PCC are strongly related to a native African breed, giving insights into the maternal ancestry of PCC. Sensing drug substances by nanostructures are very important in accordance with the management of targeted drug delivery processes and drug substances detections. Boron nitride (BN), aluminum nitride (AlN), and gallium nitride (GaN) decorated carbon cage (BN-C, AlN-C, and GaN-C) scaffolds were assessed towards sensing the thiamazole (TMZ) drug through the wB97XD/6–31 + G* level of density functional theory (DFT) computations. The singular models were optimized and their combinations to each other were stabilized to obtain the interacting TMZ@Scaffold bimolecular complexes and their corresponding features.
