The research addresses occupational burnout on university teachers, understood as progressive loss of energy, emotional exhaustion, fatigue, irritability, negative attitudes and feelings of dissatisfaction. The purpose of the study was to compare the presence of job burnout on teachers of the School of Education and Electronic Engineering from a Public University of Peru. It was developed according to principles of quantitative approach, transactional non-experimental design, and type of substantive, descriptive-comparative research. La investigación clima afectivo para el trabajo cooperativo de los docentes nace tras la inquietud que aqueja a las instituciones educativas respecto a las responsabilidades de los agentes educativos, cuyo propósito fue determinar la influencia del clima afectivo en el trabajo cooperativo que realizan los docentes en el quehacer académico y administrativo. El estudio se desarrolló con el enfoque cuantitativo y con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal y correlacional. La muestra conformada por 60 docentes entre niveles de primaria y secundaria. Se utilizó instrumentos estandarizados y para los resultados inferenciales se utilizó la prueba de Pearson con la que se demuestra que hay influencia entre variables, pero no es significativa. Se concluye que el trabajo cooperativo puede estar influenciado por otros factores no necesariamente por el clima afectivo.

The objective of the investigation was to determine the differences in the levels of occupational burnout according to the institution of origin in workers in the treatment area of women’s prisons in the Chorrillos district. The research design was non-experimental transactional and descriptive-comparative type. The sample consisted of 93 workers, 33 of the Virgin of Fatima, 35 of the Women’s Penalty of Chorrillos and 25 of the Criminal Women of Chorrillos. For this, the Occupational Wear Scale (EDO) was administered. In addition, for reliability, the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was used. The need to develop research in the Peruvian university context is urgently needed. That is why, in order to develop the research processes, it is required to have a profile of the research capacity of the students. For this reason, the purpose was to determine the profile of investigative capacities that derive from factors to investigate in universities. It corresponds to the quantitative approach, of a transversal type; a sample made up of 303 university students was used. This research was done to determine the relationship between supervision and teacher practice in an English teaching center with a high student population in Lima Perú. This is a quantitative approach basic type study with a non-experimental transversal design where 5 and 7 point Likert-type-scale questionnaires were used to provide data that was analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistics.
