This article shows fundamental notions of one of the qualitative research methods, we refer to the hermeneutical phenomenology based on the theories of Van Manen, Raquel Ayala and Miguel Martínez. This approach leads to the description and interpretation of the essence of lived experiences, recognizes the meaning and importance in pedagogy, psychology and sociology according to the experience collected. This method constitutes rigorous and consisted processes of the ethical dimensions of the daily experience, which are difficult to be accessed by other usual research methods. La investigación clima afectivo para el trabajo cooperativo de los docentes nace tras la inquietud que aqueja a las instituciones educativas respecto a las responsabilidades de los agentes educativos, cuyo propósito fue determinar la influencia del clima afectivo en el trabajo cooperativo que realizan los docentes en el quehacer académico y administrativo. El estudio se desarrolló con el enfoque cuantitativo y con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal y correlacional. La muestra conformada por 60 docentes entre niveles de primaria y secundaria. Se utilizó instrumentos estandarizados y para los resultados inferenciales se utilizó la prueba de Pearson con la que se demuestra que hay influencia entre variables, pero no es significativa. Se concluye que el trabajo cooperativo puede estar influenciado por otros factores no necesariamente por el clima afectivo.

The objective of the investigation was to determine the differences in the levels of occupational burnout according to the institution of origin in workers in the treatment area of women’s prisons in the Chorrillos district. The research design was non-experimental transactional and descriptive-comparative type. The sample consisted of 93 workers, 33 of the Virgin of Fatima, 35 of the Women’s Penalty of Chorrillos and 25 of the Criminal Women of Chorrillos. For this, the Occupational Wear Scale (EDO) was administered. In addition, for reliability, the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was used. The research aimed to establish whether there was a relationship between visual perception and logical thinking in children of 5 years of an Educational Institution. It was carried out from the quantitative approach, non-experimental design, correlational level and cross section. The sample was 80 students from the 5-year classrooms of an educational institution in San Martín de Porres (S.M.P). For the data collection, the Frostig Test (1963) and the pre-calculus test of Milicic and Schmidt (1995) were applied. The results obtained showed that visual perception has a high (0.750) and significant (p <0.01) correlation with logical thinking in an educational institution of S.M.P. Therefore, it was found that there is a high and significant relationship between visual perception and logical thinking in children of 5 years of an educational institution.
