La investigación titulada Síndrome de Burnout y satisfacción laboral del personal administrativo y asistencial de la Red de Salud Chupaca, 2021, tuvo el objetivo de determinar la relación entre el Síndrome de Burnout y Satisfacción Laboral de la población señalada. El estudio corresponde al enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica, nivel correlacional y se utilizó el método científico. Se trabajó con una muestra de 118 trabajadores administrativos y asistencial de la Red Chupaca, se aplicó dos cuestionarios: del Síndrome Burnout MBI y el cuestionario de Satisfacción Laboral SL-SLP los cuales se sometieron a validez y confiabilidad. Nuestro propósito fue comprobar el efecto de la dramatización de títeres como estrategia motivadora para mejorar el déficit de atención. El estudio se realizó con 24 niños y niñas, de 5 años de edad, divididos en dos grupos: experimental (12 niños) y control (12 niños). La recogida de datos se realizó mediante escalas de observación diseñadas de acuerdo a los objetivos que se aplicaron antes y después de una intervención basada en la estrategia motivacional con dramatización de títeres en el grupo experimental, y al mismo tiempo en el grupo control con la diferencia de que este último no recibió ninguna estrategia motivacional. A multidisciplinary team of medical assistants and methodologists carried out the development of the CPG and then there was an external review by a specialist in the field. Background: To provide recommendations based on the best available scientific evidence for the multidisciplinary management of febrile neutropenia. The development included the stages: approval of the creation of the Working Group (WG); CPG search; analysis and synthesis of the evidence that led to establishing the recommendation of the selected CPGs, design of the consensus document, internal review.
