The purpose of the research was to obtain a better understanding of the processes of school self-evaluation. To this end, an attempt was made to understand the experiences and perceptions of the main actors involved in an institutional self-evaluation process in which the possibility of a participative construction of the school model was offered, as well as the indicators and evaluation instruments of the same. This self-assessment process lasted two years and involved 30 schools of different educational levels and had the presence of a facilitator and an economic incentive from the regional government. This paper addresses the self-management processes of change, referring to a series of processes that take place in education centers undergoing change. The perspective from which the approach is proposed is educational management. The evidences integrated into the document are the result of a study conducted in Uruguay, which involved seven primary, secondary, and technical schools. The approach used has been the study of multiple cases with the intention of analyzing the phenomenon in specific contexts, integrating the possibility of studying it from a global perspective. El clima organizacional ha tomado relevanciaen el proceso de autoevaluación desarrollado por lasuniversidades, como primera etapa de la acreditación.La investigación tomó como objetivo determinar larelación entre clima organizacional y autoevaluaciónsegún los estudiantes de la Facultad de Ciencias de laComunicación de la Universidad Nacional del Centrodel Perú. El estudio fue básico, cuantitativo, de diseñodescriptivo correlacional simple. La población estuvocompuesta por 314 estudiantes, el tamaño de muestrafue de 174 alumnos distribuidos en 10 ciclos mediante elmuestreo por estratos. El proceso de prueba de hipótesishizo uso del coeficiente r de Pearson, obteniéndose unar de 0,684 y sig.<0.05. La lectura de estos resultadosdetermina que existe una relación positiva media entreclima organizacional y autoevaluación en la muestra deestudio.

Previous research warns about the limitations that some university teachers in Ibero-America have in relation to digital research competencies. The objective of this research was to analyze the research competencies from the university teacher's self-perception, contrasted with the classroom evaluation. The study had a qualitative approach. Interviews were conducted via the Zoom virtual platform, and recordings (of an average of 4 h each) of classes delivered by 10 teachers with an average age of 58 years old, in charge of scientific research courses at the postgraduate level in Peruvian universities were analyzed. The instruments used included an in-depth interview guide and a checklist. Teachers´ engagement in change processes is closely related to their attitudes and views on education. Therefore, any successful educational change demands that teachers reevaluate their profession, as personal and professional factors are clearly relevant. The goal of this study is to test a predictive statistical model of teacher´s engagement in educational change considering personality factors and self-evaluation. The random and representative sample of Peruvian teachers comprised of 888 subjects. Results show good model fit and a strong predictive power on educational changes. The study confirms that personality and selfconcept are strong predictors on teacher´s engagement with educational change.

We try to compare two theoretical-methodological approaches in order to identify factors that explain the dependent variables: evaluation stress and coping styles to this stress.
