This research analyzes the distribution of a poultry plant, with defined processes and established areas. However, it has been proven that the poultry production process can optimize its processes by redistribu ting it, applying the SLP (Systematic Layout Plan- ning) methodology. In addition, the purpose is to take the process to a second level of improvement with process automation. Initially, the plant plans were analyzing in detail, these allowed us to visualize which areas should be improved. Then, the DAP (Process Activity Diagram) was analyzed, where the activities are identified for the plant process. Thereafter, the SLP method is applied, which is essential for the redistribution of the plant. The purpose of the research was to determine the degree of influence of the characteristics of the system of assessment of learning in the Vocational Student of the UNHEVAL. The type of research was the descriptive-explanatory design transectional, causal-correlational and retrospective, we applied a non-probability sampling with a convenience sample of 34% of the population authority. Was applied to opinion polls: 01 = planning = 02 = 03 enforcement and implementation of the evaluation. Also the analysis of the records of letters. The results reveal a low correlation between the characteristics of the evaluation system of learning and vocational training, which demonstrates that there is a direct and significant influence at low level features of the evaluation system of learning, low training of students.

This article presents the implementation of ISO/IEC 29110 in a four-person IT startup company in Peru. After completing the implementation of the ISO/IEC 29110 project management and software implementation processes using an agile approach, the next step was to execute these processes in a project with an actual customer: software that facilitates communication between clients and legal consultants at the second-largest insurance companies in Peru. Managing the project and developing the software took about 900 hours. Using ISO/ IEC 29110 software engineering practices enabled the startup to plan and execute the project while expending only 18 percent of the total project effort on rework (i.e., wasted effort). The article's objective was the implementation of the lean manufacturing methodology in the production process of an air conditioning metal processing plant. For this, the methodology of 2 phases was used. The company and its current operation, structure, products, and work plan are presented in the first phase, demonstrating its main deficiencies. In phase 2, an improvement plan was made with lean manufacturing tools applied to the deficit of phase 1. As a result of the implementation of these tools, 64%, 80%, 71% and 50% of space in the measuring, cutting, bending, and welding stations, respectively, and an improvement in production times were obtained. Based on the study results, it is concluded that the application of lean manufacturing benefited the company by drastically improving its production process and work environment.

A maintenance program was developed using a criticality analysis. Then, a failure mode and effects analysis was conducted to analyze the machine’s condition and choose the appropriate actions to be carried out. This process allowed to significantly improve the overlock machine’s availability.

The research analyzes the application of the strategic process in exporting companies in the northern region of Peru, with the objective of determining the levels of implementation of the strategic process in these companies. The study, with a qualitative approach and descriptive scope, was carried out in 58 companies in the departments of Tumbes, Piura, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Ancash, San Martín, Cajamarca and Amazonas. A survey validated with the Cronbach Alpha test was used to collect data. The results show that the use of Strategic Planning in these companies is higher than average and is closely linked to business management, confirming its importance as a management tool.

Lean Six Sigma (LSS) is one of the essential and applicable techniques for any organisation in the 21st century, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), that wish to grow their competitive advantages. The LSS approach’s insights offer an optimal vision for reducing technical gaps and assessing performance indicators. This case study aimed to improve service-level performance in a gaming peripherals SME by incorporating traditional engineering tools into the Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) framework, validating its results through a two-month pilot plan, and analysing process improvement via statistical software. The study’s findings revealed that SMEs could effectively control delays in order processing through statistical control planning regardless of financial capabilities.
