El presente estudio tuvo por objetivo evaluar los factores del liderazgo institucional que influyen en la promoción de prácticas inclusivas docentes en una institución educativa, Alto Amazonas-2024, pretendiendo hacer una contribución al ODS-4; siguiendo el método hipotético-deductivo, investigación básica, no experimental, y correlacional-causal, aplicándose dos cuestionarios a 75 docentes. Descriptivamente, para el liderazgo institucional, se determinaron tres niveles: desfavorable (13%), moderado (27%) y favorable (60%); para las prácticas inclusivas fueron: inadecuada (13%), regular (39%) y alto (48%). The proposed Sustainable Energy Model is based on rice husk and the development of briquettes made from agricultural waste, which will increase efficiency in the domestic sector, and potentially replace conventional polluting fuels such as firewood. Large volumes of rice husks from millers are found scattered in rural agricultural areas of the San Martin region of Peru, where people are exposed daily to the emissions of polluting gases produced by burning these wastes, causing respiratory and lung diseases. Electrification of low-income rural areas that have a limited connection or no access to electrical grids is one of the most demanding challenges in developing countries such as Peru. The international commitment to stop global warming and the reduction in the cost of renewable sources of energy have reduced the prices of fossil fuels in some cases. This research aims to enhance the classification of the rock mass in underground mining, a common problem due to geological alterations that do not fit existing methods. Artificial neural networks are proposed as a solution, which use input/output data to learn and solve problems. The process involves gathering data on rock properties and training the neural networks to identify and classify various types of rock. Once trained, the neural networks can classify the rock mass in real-time during mine design and progression, adapting to different rock types with a low margin of error of 0.279% in determining the RMR index. The article's objective was the implementation of the lean manufacturing methodology in the production process of an air conditioning metal processing plant. For this, the methodology of 2 phases was used. The company and its current operation, structure, products, and work plan are presented in the first phase, demonstrating its main deficiencies. In phase 2, an improvement plan was made with lean manufacturing tools applied to the deficit of phase 1. As a result of the implementation of these tools, 64%, 80%, 71% and 50% of space in the measuring, cutting, bending, and welding stations, respectively, and an improvement in production times were obtained. Based on the study results, it is concluded that the application of lean manufacturing benefited the company by drastically improving its production process and work environment.

The contamination of seafood by common bacteria and the ecological limitations of antibacterials has prompted the investigation of the phytochemical profile and antimicrobial activity of aqueous garlic extract (Allium sativum L.) against four significant food-associated pathogens: Salmonella typhi, Micrococcus luteus, Staphylococcus aureus, and Escherichia coli. Absorbance curves were constructed, inhibition halos were measured, and minimum lethal concentrations were determined. This study aims to harness the properties of garlic and its derivatives, making them ideal for use in pharmaceutical and industrial products. The results showed greater inhibitory activity against Gram-positive bacteria compared to Gram-negative bacteria. To control the overbreaking of an underground mining development gallery, the controlled blasting technique was proposed and as a result it was possible to reduce costs and improve the physical stability of the periphery of the opening, achieving greater safety for personnel and equipment. With the support of the geomechanical studies, the rock quality of the advancing front was determined, serving for the design of the drilling mesh and the choice and distribution of the explosives in the respective drills. This study demonstrates that it is possible to make progress in efficient mining preparation and development work, achieving minimal damage to the roof and walls of the mining work.
