In this paper, we propose an optimization model for medical services processes to reduce waiting time using process mining. In medical services, there is a high percentage of dissatisfaction with medical care due to the processes related to appointment booking and waiting time for medical consultation. As a result, patients change medical services due to the urgency of the symptoms they suffer, generating distrust in health services in Peru. Through a medical information system, events of medical care processes are collected for analysis using the Celonis tool. Integrating the prescriptive and linear approach of NSD with the non-linear approach of service design can enhance value cocreation orientation in service innovation. Then, the objectives of this study are to explore these complementarities, propose an integrated model that enhances value cocreation in service innovation, and evaluate this model. In this research, an innovative mechanical- electronic device has been developed for the efficient purification of carrots seeds, a critical process in agricultural production due to its impact on the quality and yield of future crops. The device uses mechanical and electronic principles to effectively separate impurities and unwanted seeds from carrots. Through detection and classification technologies together with mechanical elements of transport and separation, the quality of the resulting seeds is sought to improve, ensuring their purity. Objective: To determine and interpret the perception of the graduates about the teaching-learning process in a School of Private Nursing. Materials and methods: The research approach is mixed. The design is concurrent according to the time of the methods and quant / which according to the priority. The sample consisted of 120 graduates in the quantitative phase, of which 8 were selected for the qualitative phase. The instrument used in the quantitative phase was a Likert scale of 30 items, validated by expert judgment. For the qualitative phase, a semi-structured interview was used, which allowed grouping the responses into categories. The educational research project Integration and Assessment of Contemporary Art Processes in the Design of Learning Environments was implemented during the 2022-2023 academic year in the Early Childhood Education Teacher Degree program. Conducted under the REDICE 2022 initiative, its primary objective is to design, execute, and evaluate a training proposal based on contemporary art creation processes. The project employed an experimental, mixed-method study through correlational research structured across five distinct phases. The findings indicate significant shifts in students' perceptions and interactions with contemporary art, with a majority recognizing it as a valuable resource for creating impactful learning experiences in Early Childhood Education.

In this study, we investigate changes in the glaciated surface and the formation of lakes in the headwater of the Querococha watershed in Cordillera Blanca (Peru) using 24 Landsat images from 1975 to 2014. Information of glacier retreat was integrated with available climate data, the first survey of recent depositional dynamics in proglacial Yanamarey Lake (4600m a.s.l.), and a relatively short hydrological record (2002-2014) at the outlet of Yanamarey Lake. A statistically significant temperature warming (0.21°C decade-1 for mean annual temperature) has been detected in the region, and it caused a reduction of the glacierized area since 1975 from 3.5 to 1.4km-2. New small lakes formed in the deglaciated areas, increasing the flooded area from1.8ha in 1976 to 2.8ha in 2014. A positive correlation between annual rates of glacier recession and runoff was found. We have built an integrated system of sensors for organoleptic characterization of a liquor distilled from grapes called pisco analyzing its liquid phase in an electrochemical cell, in addition is analyzed its gas phase in a small chamber with the gas sensors. We have designed an electronic nose with 4 gas sensor with different characteristics (Figaro Inc.) and an electronic tongue based on an electrochemical cell with two electrodes of stainless steel with Pt and Au, respectively. The system is composed mainly of gas sensors, actuators valves, liquid and gas pumps that are governed by the P1C18F4523 microcontroller which also are responsible for sending data to the computer. This paper presents the first published report of a national-level effort to implement the integrated management of childhood illness (IMCI) strategy at scale. IMCI was introduced in Peru in late 1996, the early implementation phase started in 1997, with the expansion phase starting in 1998. Here we report on a retrospective evaluation designed to describe and analyze the process of taking IMCI to scale in Peru, conducted as one of five studies within the multicountry evaluation of IMCI effectiveness, cost and impact (MCE) coordinated by the World Health Organization.
