With this project has been designed an induction electric stove powered by a photovoltaic storage system, which will make it self-sustainable without generating additional costsin the billing of electricity consumption. This solution is aimed at families in rural areas who still continue to use traditional fuels (wood, gasoline, straw, etc.) for the preparation of their food, which over time generate serious problems in people's health due to the CO2 that is produced. In this research, an innovative mechanical- electronic device has been developed for the efficient purification of carrots seeds, a critical process in agricultural production due to its impact on the quality and yield of future crops. The device uses mechanical and electronic principles to effectively separate impurities and unwanted seeds from carrots. Through detection and classification technologies together with mechanical elements of transport and separation, the quality of the resulting seeds is sought to improve, ensuring their purity. Abstract—The main objective of this research work is to design a semi-automatic hydraulic extruder machine to produce pastry bricks for Bricks Imperio. The aim is to achieve a production rate of 700 bricks per hour at a maximum cost of 12,000 dollars. For this purpose, an interpretative theoretical framework of similar products is carried out, and simulation software is used to test the theoretical concepts in real-world conditions. Following the methodology recommended by the German Engineering Association VDI 2221, a detailed list of requirements is drawn up, existing technology is analyzed, and mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic functions are designed. Abstract—In South America, there are few companies that are interested in the creation of prostheses and this, together with the little technological progress, makes patients with transfemoral amputation unable to perform their work. Abstract—This study focused on the development of a coffee fermenting machine designed to enhance the organoleptic characteristics of the Catimor variety in the province of Chanchamayo, with the aim of increasing the value of Peruvian coffee in the international market. The implementation of this machine not only benefits local coffee farmers by improving their income, but also contributes to the consolidation of Peruvian coffee as one of the best in the world. The methodology adopted for the design process follows the guidelines of the German VDI 2221 standard, which allowed for an effective understanding of the steps required to complete the proposed design. The arapaima, also known as paiche or pirarucu is one of the largest freshwater fish in the Amazon, in which its cultivation has been growing progressively due to consumer demand. This research presents the design of a real-time monitoring and control system of water parameters for paiche farming, which employs mechatronics concepts using the Vdl- 2206 methodology. The study controls and monitors the water's temperature, dissolved oxygen, and pH. Sensors obtain the values for each parameter, process them by a PLC, and project them on an HMI interface.
