In the process of development of industrial engineering, it has been verified the importance of scientific management for business growth, contributing to the consolidation of the industrial clusters and developing nations, reaching Taylor’s target for economic development through business efficiency. This article arises in view of the objective need to determine what are the causes why the Peruvian university, in general, is facing the current crisis that can be perceived as a product of the lack of application of a good part of the scope established in the National Strategic Plan regarding the university and its operation. This lack of application is what has resulted in the conditions that are seen within the problematic of university education, trying to explain it in the best way to understand this conflictive situation. The general conclusion is aimed at determining guidelines that lead to understand the underlying problem and to be aware of the need for competent authorities to act on the aforementioned crisis in order to seek to reverse the current situation that is occurring.

Objective: To evaluate the history of cataract and vision problems in people over 50 years of age in Peru. Methods: Secondary database analysis of the Demographic and Family Health Survey (ENDES) 2016. We included 7970 adults over 50 years of age. We evaluated the indicators of interest at the national and regional level. Likewise, we analyzed factors related to these events using a multivariate Poisson model. Results: 13.6% (95% CI: 12.8-14.3%) had a history of cataract, 20.4% (95%CI: 19.5-21.3%) had long-distance vision problems. (LDVP) and 29.4% (95%CI: 28.4-30.4%) of short-distance vision problems (SDVP). In the multivariate model, we observed that people with a history of high blood pressure, a history of diabetes, and older age groups were significantly more likely to report a history of cataracts and vision problems. El uso de los antibióticos desde los años 40 del siglo pasado permitió disminuir en forma importante y notable la morbilidad y mortalidad a nivel mundial. Sin embargo, la aparición de la resistencia antimicrobiana ha hecho que el tratamiento de las enfermedades infecciosas, se vuelva una tarea desafiante para el médico que debe brindar opciones terapéuticas, racionales y basadas en evidencias para mejorar la salud de los pacientes. Esta revisión brinda una visión panorámica sobre la gravedad de este problema y el papel preponderante que deben asumir los sistemas de salud en el apoyo a los profesionales de la salud y en la educación de los pacientes para llegar al ansiado uso racional de estos medicamentos.

Our country’s transition is the non-westernized type, because problems that have not been solved persist (nutritional deficiencies) along with emerging problems (overweight and obesity). Objective. To describe the presence of coexisting chronic malnutrition (CM) with obesity (O), nutritional anemia (NA) and vitamin A deficiency (VAD) and obesity (O) with NA and VAD in children under the age of 5. Design. Secondary analysis of the MONIN 2007-2010 survey. Setting. National study. Participants. Children under the age of 5. Interventions. A total of 3 764 children were weighed and measured. La presente tesis de investigación ha tenido por objetivo determinar la influencia de la estrategia resolución de problemas en matemática en el aprendizaje de los alumnos de primaria con baja visión, Cajamarca 2022. Para lo cual se ha desarrollado un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo y aplicado con diseño pre experimental, usando una muestra que estuvo conformada por 22 estudiantes con baja visión de la institución mencionada anteriormente, a quienes se les aplicó la estrategia didáctica en base a 10 sesiones de aprendizaje. Ambos instrumentos han sido validados por tres expertos en educación y al realizar el análisis de confiabilidad mediante el Alfa de Cronbach para el cuestionario y el método KR-20 para la prueba objetiva, de donde se obtuvieron índices mayores a 0.7, lo que permitió afirmar que los instrumentos son confiables para la medición. This work deals with the logical and philosophical problems of everyday language logic. We do this within the framework of a vision of language as a social practice that sustains itself. The identity of things is not objective as a secluded essence that gives identity despite the diverse appearance, but as a social practice that confers identity according to the judgments and reasons that speakers argue when they speak, based on their daily knowledge and way of life, which serve as a framework of immediate reference. This approach also allows to shed a different light on classical philosophical problems such as those posed by The Philosophy of Heráclito.

La presente tesis desarrolla un sistema que implementa técnicas de visión artificial en Matlab, con el fin de proveer información instantánea de la identificación de placas de vehículos, facilitando la toma de acciones en el momento preciso que ocurren los sucesos. De esta forma, se ofrece una solución a los problemas de seguridad que aquejan diariamente a la ciudad. Asimismo, se busca fomentar el uso de algoritmos de visión artificial para el procesamiento digital de imágenes con enfoque en diversos campos como la agroindustrias, biomedicina, seguridad entre otros, que pueda generar propuestas de inversión y desarrollo para la comunidad.

Uno de los grandes problemas en la industria de la fruta de nuestra región, es la clasificación de mango para exportación, exigen estándares de calidad por parte de los países importadores, como Estados Unidos. Uno de los sentidos más importantes de los seres humanos es el sentido de la visión, ésta se emplea para obtener información visual del entorno físico y la clasificación se lleva a cabo por parte de personal contratado, y como todo ser humano tiende al cansancio físico, además del visual, después de cierto tiempo, la clasificación no se hace de una manera muy eficiente.
