This work deals with the logical and philosophical problems of everyday language logic. We do this within the framework of a vision of language as a social practice that sustains itself. The identity of things is not objective as a secluded essence that gives identity despite the diverse appearance, but as a social practice that confers identity according to the judgments and reasons that speakers argue when they speak, based on their daily knowledge and way of life, which serve as a framework of immediate reference. This approach also allows to shed a different light on classical philosophical problems such as those posed by The Philosophy of Heráclito.

In this article we try to reflect on the recently discovered logic of practical knowledge and its consequences for education and educational policies. This logic manifests itself in the process of socialization, which concatenates units of meaning that are social practices with implied and never formulated rules that require skills that the child acquires building its own universe of meaning. This is the frame of reference of the Young child: common sence and not his knowledge of the world, because his only source of knowledge is his language and his community. It is this process which evidences the real logic of language, because the way language is acquiered that is how it is. «Philosophy in an Amazon tribal society» shows how the anthropologist Gerardo Reichel-Dolmatoff evidences a philosophical thought, both at the level of philosophical concerns shared by ordinary people, as of a more elaborate reflection of the healers among the desana of the Colombian Amazon. This testimony about a tribal society clearly shows that the healers with their philosophy expressed in abstract concepts, are the ones who establish the worldview and religion as instruments of social management and self-government, and not the other way round as it is often assumed that religion precedes philosophy. The present article aims to formulate the fundamentals of a new linguistics that is focused on the daily experience of speech and denies the existence of codes as an explaining devise of language understanding and gives them only a symbolic value. Instead the new linguistics develops an interactive hermeneutic to understand the mechanisms of speech, the acquisition of language and its practical logic that constitutes the universe of meaning, because we speak as we learned to do it. The new linguistics is focused in the interests of the speaker who wants to own his own way of speaking and define the meanings in concrete situations, in contrast with a linguistics that defends the collective national interests symbolized in the shared codes.
