The study was carried out in the "Centro de Producción de Genética Superior (CENPROGEN-SUP)" in Valle de Condebamba district, Cajamarca region, Peru, with the objective of selecting male guinea pigs for breeding based on their selection index. A total of 80 male guinea pigs of the Cajamarca ecotype of the Facultad de Ingeniería en Ciencias Pecuarias (pure and crossbred FICP) of the National University of Cajamarca, as well from the Valley of Mangallana and from the Valley of Cholocal. The guinea pigs were fed alfalfa, concentrate and water ad libitum for 56 days. The daily weight gain (IPD) and total weight gain (IPT), final weight (PF), body length (LC) and feed conversion (CA) were evaluated. Mine equipment selection is a complex task due to numerous technical, geometrical and economical variables involved. The variety of equipment manufacturers and agents carrying different models, types and sizes make the selection procedure even more complex. The mine planner does not have a tool to correctly select the equipment or fl eet for a project. Simulation fi lls the gap and contributes to this goal. This study tries to apply deterministic and probabilistic simulation approaches in selecting mining equipment using fi eld data from two surface mine operations. El estudio tuvo como objetivo identificar y seleccionar cuyes machos genéticamente superiores a través de rasgos productivos y morfológicos. Se construyó un índice genético a fin de determinar el Valor Probable de Cría (PVB) para características como incremento de peso (IPT), longitud corporal (LC), perímetro torácico (PT) y conversión alimenticia (CA). Cuarenta cuyes destetados fueron alojados en jaulas individuales de acuerdo con un diseño completamente aleatorio, distribuidos en dos tratamientos, cuyes Valle Cajamarca y cuyes Valle Condebamba. The introduction of good governance in the economic growth and development agenda in the last two decades, along with the failure of aid conditionality to produce positive growth results, motivated ex-post selectivity instead of the ex-ante conditionality as a new approach to aid allocation. This paper aims to explore whether aid selectivity on the basis of the quality of governance is employed as a criterion in foreign aid allocation. The paper uses different instrumental variables as estimators to analyze the determinants of aid allocation over the period 2001–2010. The results produced strong evidence that countries with good governance are given preferential treatment by donors. Among the six governance indicators, it seems that voice and accountability and control of corruption are critical in the aid allocation decision.

In this paper the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is described, and then the service providers cloud computing is identified. The first activity in multicriteria decision- making is to establish the factors that are important to that decision. This has been determined as criteria in selecting cloud providers: accessibility scalability, performance, security. The SEPROCCAHP v01 model has been applied for three groups of students in the course of business logistics. Two groups of students have selected Google, and a third group at Microsoft. The results differ because it depends on value judgments issued in the peer evaluation criteria and alternatives to select.

In the present article, the necessary conditions are presented for a multivalued function in order to define a Peano selection. To achieve this, a bibliographic review was carried out on general results of compact topological spaces, open and closed sets and continuity. To then address the same topics, but on metric spaces. Next, the theory of multivalued functions was studied, specifically semicontinuity, both superiorly and inferiorly. Finally, using the General Theorem of multivalued functions, the necessary conditions are determined for the multivalued function, F : [0, 1]-->[0, 1] × [0, 1] to admit the construction of the selection of Peano.

The use of Artificial Intelligence has been revolutionizing several areas in society. In the business field, especially in personnel selection, it has been posing a series of legal challenges to companies despite its potential benefits. This article aims to identify the legal implications of the decisions made by Applicant Tracking Systems. To this end, the uses of AI and its application in personnel selection were analyzed, based on the legal analysis of the Personal Data Protection Law and the Guiding Principles established in said law. In sum, this article provides an overview of the legal implications regarding the use of AI in personnel selection and highlights the need for a rule regulating its use to ensure adequate legal protection measures.

Although the construction has very singular landlords, the personnel administration necessarily does not follow the methods most suitable of selection and control of workers/workers. This industry must have specialists in diverse fields of the construction such as in: bridges, highways, ports, railroads, etc. The greater contribution of the present investigation is based on the proposal of selection and control of workers on the basis of the management by competitions, since the construction in Peru is based on the empirical knowledge of its daily task. It is so a structure of the profile of the worker according to the area sets out in which it must work, the description of the position, mental, physical abilities, educational level and general knowledge that must have to improve the efficiency and yield in the execution of a civil construction site.

On the one hand, the so-called traditional methods, focusing on process control, with rigorous monitoring of the activities involved in them. On the other hand, agile methods, focusing on human factors in collaboration and customer participation in the development process and a relentless increase in software with very short iterations. The article presents a proposal, in the midst of this debate, to select a software development methodology.
