There is at present in Peru an important concern in the knowledge society to respond to the demands of the productive sector already that during these last decades the specialties in each college were introduced on the initiative of the teachers, without any study of the labor market or the needs of the different regions, nor of the contributions of the industrial engineers to secondary education directly or indirectly. El presente año es un año de cambios. Cambio de gobierno para el país, cambio del Estatuto y de las autoridades de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Todo cambio alberga una esperanza de mejora en el rumbo de una institución. En ese sentido, se espera que tanto el poder ejecutivo como el legistativo y la Universidad combinen esfuerzos en la aspiración de la excelencia académica y el apoyo a la formulación y ejecución de políticas que abran espacios para formar y apoyar a los investigadores, brindándoles espacios profesionales a fin de que puedan generar ingresos que les permitan dedicarse a tiempo completo a la labor investigativa y que, a su vez, los resultados de este esfuerzo contribuyan al desarrollo del Perú.

This industry must have specialists in diverse fields of the construction such as in: bridges, highways, ports, railroads, etc. The greater contribution of the present investigation is based on the proposal of selection and control of workers on the basis of the management by competitions, since the construction in Peru is based on the empirical knowledge of its daily task. It is so a structure of the profile of the worker according to the area sets out in which it must work, the description of the position, mental, physical abilities, educational level and general knowledge that must have to improve the efficiency and yield in the execution of a civil construction site.

This research details the analysis done to the replenishment process in one of the leading companies of the home centers sector in our country, through which improvements are defined to face the limitations found that show the replacement of goods as an unproductive activity. In this way, it seeks to contribute to better positioning the company against competition in a growing market like the current one. The necessary indicators were obtained to examine the evolution of the process in recent years, allowing demonstrate the hypothesis of correlation between the level of out-of-stock, representing replenishment timely management, and service level, which represents the end customer satisfaction and recognition for the company against the competition. This research was conducted in order to meet the ergonomic aspects (posture, furnishings, environmental conditions and security) that affect comfort and fatigue of teachers and students in the university classroom. It was found that stooped posture, computer furniture, noise and chair were the ergonomic aspects that bother teachers while, students discomfort was manifested specifically the seat material, shape and material support. These results merit considering new classrooms with ergonomic design adjustable to the anthropometric dimensions of the teaching equipment and student population.
