La problemática observada en el almacén de una empresa de autopartes son los altos tiempos en el proceso de preparación de pedidos debido a la falta de herramientas de mejora continua en el proceso mismo. El objetivo de esta investigación es proponer un modelo de gestión del proceso de picking para reducir los tiempos en la atención de pedidos mediante la herramienta 5´S. Para ello, se realizó un estudio empírico con alcance cuasi experimental y post positivista, bajo la modalidad de estudio de caso. Se evidenció la diferencia en el tiempo de preparación dependiendo del tipo de trabajador en el almacén, y mediante la aplicación de las 5´S y estandarización de trabajo se logró una reducción significativa en el tiempo de picking del 41,37% en el caso de los nuevos operadores, del 32,80% para un operador estándar y del 11,82% para los operadores experimentados.

This research evaluates the relationship of social capital with the integration of processes in the supply chain management in companies of the real sector in Colombia, mediated by their organizational size and the uncertainty of the environment. For this purpose, 232 companies associated to the real sector in Colombia were surveyed and with the information obtained, multivariate analysis of structural equations was made with the SPSS and AMOS tools. As a result, there is a significant direct relationship between social capital and the integration of processes in the supply chain management, thus social capital was identified as a fundamental determinant in efforts to integrate the supply chain, unlike the mediating variables analyzed (size and uncertainty of the environment).

Introduction: Lead times in the design and implementation of spaces in Lima represent 42% of the causes of customer dissatisfaction in the sales process. Therefore, the research focuses on the optimization of lead times, as they are usually very high in small companies (SMEs) and with non-standardized and therefore inefficient processes. Methods: A model is proposed that delineates a standardization plan for a process. The general objective of this research was to analyze the influence of Digital Marketing on the student recruitment process in the Private Higher Education Sector in Peru. To do this, the current context of the Higher Education Sector in Peru is described, and the dimensions of digital marketing are explored. The methodology used is mixed since interviews with digital marketing managers from Peruvian universities with a business focus were conducted, and 380 surveys aimed at students from the same universities were conducted as a sample. El presente estudio parte de la problemática que presenta una empresa del sector lácteo en la distribución de venta comprendida en la zona norte del Perú, la cual mediante la implementación de la herramienta de ingeniería Matriz Impacto-Factibilidad, para poder elegir mediante ranking de factores la mejor opción de las desplegadas en la Lluvia de ideas, logró un incremental de 14% en nivel de ventas brutas, una reducción en descuentos por venta del 64%, considerando el mayor poder de negociación e implementación de estrategia comercial de la empresa en comparación del distribuidor, obteniendo por consecuencia un incremental de 16% en nivel de ventas netas. The purpose of this work is to provide information on cost improvements in SMEs in the brewing sector using lean manufacturing and BPM. A simulation model was created using Arena and Bizagi, where the model was made with the provision of a small brewing company, the indicators used to measure the effectiveness of the model are: distribution cost per bottle, percentage of use of containers, lead time and OTIF, these indicators seek to provide us with the necessary data to validate the process. This document shows us a more complete vision of the use of these tools and the result of their use. It will contribute to academic and professional work on lean manufacturing and BPM in small companies.

El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar el impacto de la implementación del RPA (Robotic Process Automation) en la satisfacción laboral con un modelo que permita medir la satisfacción a través de diferentes variables. Por ello, se emplearán los factores motivacionales de la Teoría de los dos factores de Frederick Herzberg y su impacto en la satisfacción laboral en un contexto de RPA. Este estudio se realiza a través de entrevistas a expertos que implementan RPA y líderes usuarios de áreas en empresas del sector bancario donde se emplea esta herramienta, así como con la consulta a fuentes secundarias que complementan lo encontrado con los entrevistados.

The objective of the research was to design a process management model for competitiveness in an MSE in the Hotel Sector against COVID-19. The methodology used is prospective-descriptive, a questionnaire reliable (Cronbach's Alpha with 0.736) and validated in the opinion of experts was applied to 27 clients (convenience sampling) and collaborators. Este trabajo presenta la situación de una empresa que se dedica a la fabricación de bolsas plásticas, la cual actualmente tiene retrasos en su producción cuya consecuencia proviene de: faltante de materias primas, productos defectuosos y reprocesados. Es por ello que, al no contar con métodos estandarizados ni herramientas en el flujo de producción, lleva consigo el retraso de los tiempos de entrega del producto al cliente, el cual fue de 41.67% entregas impuntuales en el año 2016.
