The nature of the present study was mainly to determine the relationship between the performance of environmental impact assessment and the quality of the environmental certification service for energy projects in the period 2016-2019. A survey was applied to the users of the environmental certification service for energy projects in the aforementioned period. They are a tool implemented by the mining companies in order to have valid information that allows the elaboration of resource mineral estimation and reserve mineral estimation studies. Objective: To develop a methodology for the assuranceof the quality of the processes ofthe Program of Maintenance of School Premises in the Region of Tacna to increase its effectiveness. Methodology: lt was used an application design, because it is oriented to solve a problem, which ¡is the lack of a methodology for the development of the processes of the Program of Maintenanceof School Premises. Results: Procedures and format based on flow charts of the School Site Maintenance Program processes were designed, which allowed a better understanding ofthe users. Conclusion: A methodology was developed for the quality assurance of the School Site Maintenance Program, which improved the effectiveness of the maintenance of the educational infrastructure of the Tacna Region.

Introduction: Poor knowledge on research shown by medical students, and the fact that they must complete their pre-graduate theses in a short time period, lead to doubts with respect to the quality of such research projects. Objective: To determine the quality of theses in order to obtain a medical degree in San Antonio Abad Cusco National University (from 2000 to 2009), and to establish if there is any factor influencing this. Materials and Method: This is a descriptive study using a relational model. The universe was 284 theses. The stratified and random simple included 172 theses. Objective. To analyze the way in which municipal administration is related to the quality of public service in Provincial Municipality of Tingo Maria, 2019. Methods. The research level was relational, while the non-experimental design was cross-sectional. An opinion questionnaire was applied to know the behavior of the study variables in the users of said municipality. Results. The evaluation of municipal administration yielded a result of 35% "fair", 23% "good", 18% "excellent", 17% "bad" and 8% "lousy". For its part, the quality of the public service yielded a result of 31% "fair", 25% "good", 20% "bad", 14% "terrible" and 11% "excellent".
