En el Perú, el aborto terapéutico no está penalizado desde 1924, según el Código Penal Peruano en su artículo 119: No es punible el aborto cuando es realizado por un médico con el consentimiento de la mujer o de su representante legal, si lo tuviera, cuando es el único medio para salvar la vida de la gestante o evitar daño grave y permanente en su salud 1. Introduction: Zoonotic diseases transmitted by domestic animals may be considered a public health problem in developing countries. Objective: To determine the frequency of positive toxocara serology in clinically suspected children. Design: Descriptive, cross-sectional study. Setting: Instituto Nacional de Salud del Niño (INSN), Lima, Peru. Participants: Children with positive toxocara serology. Methods: Clinical records of children with suspicion of toxocara infection during the period 2007-2010 were included. Main outcome measures: Frequency and characteristics of toxocara seropositive cases. Results: From the 242 cases studied 61.2% (148) were toxocara seropositive, with average age 6.8 (SD 3.8) years; the group 2-10 years-old represented 69.6% of the total; eosinophilia was the main reason for consultation in 70.9%. The conceptual framework of this scientific study is taking into consideration the theoretical ideas developed by the laboratories of Alex Zautra, and Susan Folkman about the co-existence of positive and negative emotions during the experience of stress and depression. Academic self-efficacy is a powerful predictor of academic success, yet there are several factors that predispose it. Because of this, an explanatory model is proposed using the self-regulation of academic activities, positive affection, and personality. Hierarchical multiple linear regression was used to support the predictive proposal of the model. The Specific Perceived Self-Efficacy Scale of Academic Situations, The Scale of Positive and Negative Experience, Subscale Self-Regulation of Activities of the Academic Procrastination Scale, and Mini International Personality Item Pool (MINI-IPIP) were used. On January 27, 2014 the International Court of Justice, principal judicial organ of the United Nations ruled in the case of the maritime dispute (Peru v. Chile), being Peru the one that brought forth the case in January 2008. The objective of the study was to develop a short version of the Positive Affect and Negative Affect Scale (PANAS), from the original version of 20 items, proposed by Watson et al. (1988a). The sample consisted of 3960 students from a public university in Lima. The results indicate that the validity of the internal structure, through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, was defined by 10 items and two dimensions. Positive affects are organized into five items: determined, optimistic, inspired, active, and attentive; while negative affects are in five items: irritable, hostile, angry, guilty, and ashamed. This paper explores how recipients of development cooperation can leverage the benefits of international agreements with international organizations and OECD nations. Departing from the dichotomy «donors-beneficiaries», which has long dominated the system of international cooperation for development, this paper argues that the higher the level of professionalization of the beneficiary, the greater its ability to influence the terms of the cooperation in accordance with its own needs. The case of Minas Gerais reveals that a well-oriented development strategy together with a mature organizational structure were crucial to establishing an active partnership with the World Bank and the French province of Nord-Pas de Calais.

El objetivo del presente estudio fue determinar el tipo de relación entre la participación en el juego y el desarrollo de las habilidades sociales de los niños y niñas de 3 y 4 años de la Institución Educativa Inicial N° 451 del caserío Betania, distrito de Nueva Cajamarca en el año 2014. El tipo de investigación fue básica, con nivel descriptivo y diseño correlacional, con una muestra de 25 niños y niñas de 3 y 4 años de edad. La investigación titulada “Posicionamiento Financiero y Crediticio de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito del Oriente, distrito de Tarapoto, 2017”, investigación del tipo básica, cuantitativa; con un nivel explicativo; aplicando un diseño no experimental transversal, con una muestra de 60 socios de la cooperativa, teniendo como instrumentos para el recojo de la información el cuestionario de encuesta y la ficha de análisis documental. La Tesis, tiene como objetivo: Diseñar, elaborar y fundamentar un programa de estrategias metodológicas humanísticas sustentado en la teoría de Rogers. La investigación es de tipo teórica-propositiva. La población y muestra lo conformaron 31 estudiantes y 10 docentes de la Escuela Profesional de Idiomas-UNSM-T. Para medir las relaciones interpersonales se aplicó la escala de actitudes tipo Likert. Los resultados sobre las relaciones interpersonales según los docentes (Tabla 8) fueron: “Muy buenas” el 10 %, “buenas” el 60 %, “regular” el 20% y “malas” el 10%. In this research, we present the linguistic and pragmatic analysis of dimensional deictic adverbs used in the Ashéninka language of Alto Perené. Data were collected between 2014 and 2018 in three native Ashéninka communities located in the province of Chanchamayo (Junín). Among the grammatical manifestations of spatial deixis in the Ashéninka language we find those expressed through adverbs that describe situations oriented towards the position of the sender and the referent. In order to do so, this language has adverbs that systematize the positional notions of superiorityinferiority such as tonkari and otapina, as far as position is concerned, and jenoki and osabiki, as far as direction is concerned.
