This research presents a theoretical review of the structure and applica-tion of long memory nature models that combine characteristics of the fractionally integrated processes with the classic GARCH models, thus obtaining the autoregres-sive models with fractionally integrated conditioned heterocedasticity (FIGARCH) which Through the cumulative response impulse function, I can quantify the degree of persistence of the impact of innovation on the function of conditioned variance, that is, the element of persistence in a chaotic series very sensitive to changes in initial conditions associated with fractional Brownian motion. For this application, the exchange rate variable was used, and by means of long memory time series mo-dels, the persistence of the existing effect on the volatility of said series could be analyzed.

Objective: To demonstrate the positive impact of the cost system for processes in the productive chain of asparagus in agro-export companies, this given the need to know, in a reliable way, their costs and that this, in turn, allows them to improve the taking of decisions. The raison d'être of education is the learning and training of students and the decisive factor in both processes is the teacher. A society concerned about what is most important must measure its achievements with indicators that express that reason for being and that decisive factor. This means showing figures, whether they are supply or demand, but always related to those two elements. What is quantified associable to the quality of education will have to be expressed largely from these figures. This quality cannot be captured or measured with economic indicators, but we can assume, at least for our countries, the existence of some positive relationship between spending per student (on teachers, facilities, equipment, etc.) and the quality of teaching. as far as the offer is concerned.

The present study details the evaluation, analysis and improvement of problem management by applying the ITIL methodology, specifically to the problematic of the problem management processes of the Multi Vendor Services area in IBM Peru and the proposal to improve the current management, the which presents difficulties with the excessive times of solution of problems and increase of operating costs. Material and Methods: Scientific methodology, with a basic approach, descriptive level and non-experimental, transversal and descriptive design. This research focuses on the analysis of one of the controversial assumptions of the duty to give reasons, the so-called “motivation by reference (per relationem)”, inserted in the Peruvian procedural law from Article 12 of the Organic Law of the Judiciary of 1991, which allowed judges in second instance to give reasons for their judgments by reproducing all or part of the grounds of first instance. The problem posed in this investigation is that a mutual fund management company maintained traditional processes of subscription and redemption of quotas in the funds, which caused great economic inefficiencies and discontent among clients. That is why the objective of this research was to propose a proposal to improve customer service processes through the application of a digital transformation through agile methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup through quasi-experimental practical research. In this way, it was possible to increase profits and customer experience. After the implementation, it was evidenced that thanks to this, the number of AUMs and participants increased by +15% per month and +55%, since the implementation, respectively, translating, later, into higher profits for the company (+10%).
