                  El objetivo de esta tesis fue determinar en qué medida la aplicación de la metodología Aprendizaje Basado en Problemas (ABP) influyó en el logro de capacidades en Análisis Químico en laboratorio, en estudiantes de la Escuela Profesional de Ingeniería Química de la Facultad de Química e Ingeniería Química de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, en el semestre 2019-I. Se empleó una metodología de tipo aplicada, con un enfoque cuantitativo de nivel cuasiexperimental y diseño experimental. La población estuvo conformada por 30 estudiantes del III ciclo, matriculados en la asignatura de Análisis Químico; la muestra fue no probabilística, formándose dos grupos de 15 estudiantes: uno para el grupo experimental y otro para el grupo control.                   The current research aims to reassess no traditional meats that in sausage shape get to entry in the local market, according to their nutritional qualities, such as low cholesterol and high protein, which shows the alpaca meat against pork, and also revalue mutton. The presence of Gigartina chamissoi (seaweed) in the formulation is important as a source of iodine, complex polysaccharides (fiber) and natural gelling agents which increase its biological value. Gigartina chamissoi besides raise its nutritional value, constitutes a prebiotic product for counter propensities against cancer cells in tissues such as mucous (esophagus, stomach), glandular (breast) and glandularvessels (prostate).                   Zeolites have a negative charge on their surface; preferentially attract cations and scarcely anions such as and PO which are components of fertilizers. To modify the surface characteristics of the natural clinoptilolite type zeolite, sieved on 14 mesh, it was washed several times with distilled water, dried and placed in colloidal suspension of ferric hydroxide Fe(OH)3 for 24h. The zeolite was washed with distilled water and then it dried at 60°C for 2h.
