El presente es el resultado del estudio cuyo objetivo fue diseñar un modelo conceptual de gestión del conocimiento para las medianas y pequeñas empresas (Mypes) del sector panificación de Huánuco. Consideramos que la inclusión social educativa de los reos en cárcel, es la situación donde éstas personas están directamente vinculadas a procesos de integración educativa, pero desaprovechada por este grupo poblacional, alienados culturalmente, que son inducidos a optar por el delito como alternativa de vida; y que son aceptados desde un punto de vista democrático por el Estado. El desarrollo del estudio tuvo como objetivo describir la inclusión social educativa de los reos en cárcel del Centro Penitenciario de Potracancha de Huánuco, reos que purgan condena por delitos contra el patrimonio; para ello se tuvo en cuenta el tipo de muestreo criterial, encuestados que tiene un rango de edad de 18 a 72 años. This research shows the results of the research developed, whose objective was to design a knowledge management model for the Huánuco SFPQW. The research was divided into two phases: the first qualitative, which allowed developing the proposed conceptual model and the second quantitative, which empirically confirmed the conceptual model. It was analyzed through case studies in 3 areas of the SFPQW with semi-structured interviews addressed to the bosses of mentioned areas, also through direct observation and documentation of the SFPQW. The social educational inclusion of prisoners is the situation where these people are directly linked to educational integration processes; however, they haven't missed them, who are alienated culturally; and they have been accepted by the state in some points of views. The development of the work research had the objective to describe the educational social inclusion of the prisoners from the Potracancha Prison by Huánuco, with prisoners who serve sentences for crimes against the heritage; whereby the criterial sampling was developed; those who take the survey are between 18 to 72 years old. El trabajo se realizó con el objetivo de conocer el comportamiento del parque automotor respecto a la emisión de algunos de los principales gases contaminantes, resultado de la combustión interna de sus motores, como el monóxido de carbono (co), la combinación de monóxido y dióxido de carbono (co+co2) y la presencia de hidrocarburos (hc) en los gases que emitían los vehículos y saber si sobrepasaban los límites máximos permisibles establecidos por el ministerio de transportes y comunicaciones.
