Economía del bien común es un nuevo paradigma el cual pretende concebir las ideas de la economía sostenible como una alternativa para los mercados financieros, en este sentido, el presente ensayo hace algunas definiciones al respecto, y concibe algunos comentarios para un abordaje futuro.

This article is a brief reflection on personal success and its relationship with the economic scenario. In the same way, the present work is an approach to initiate a necessary dialogue on some determining factors or determinants of the subject. Finally, it is hoped that the contribution of the present can be manifested in a fruitful debate.

The objective of the research is to determine the relationship of the execution of public spending with the Human Development Index in the districts of the Huancavelica department, 2019, the hypothesis is whether there is a direct relationship between the execution of public spending with the Development Index Human in the districts of the Huancavelica department, 2019. The research methodology is of an applied type, explanatory level, descriptive, inductive, synthetic, analytical and dialectical method. The research design is non-experimental, cross-sectional, explanatory. The population is 100 districts of the department of Huancavelica.
