This research paper seeks to know how to promote the development of soft skills in order to face successfully the impacts on higher education of the post-pandemic period. The study is based on an exhaustive review of current literature on soft skills and the promotion of their development in students. Such promotion will allow students to improve their soft skills and become aware of their own socio-emotional qualities. In the future, accordingly, they will be able to be part of a generation of professionals capable of having a harmonious emotional development, which includes moments of high work pressure. This paper seeks to implement a soft robotic solution for guiding endoscopic cameras. These soft robots are constructed using pliable materials, granting them the ability to conform to irregular contours and dynamic environments. This intrinsic flexibility renders them particularly adept at navigating through constrained spaces within the human body during minimally invasive procedures. Presently, the manipulation of endoscopes can lead to inadvertent injuries due to the challenges posed by their maneuverability. The economic reality in our country seems not to be consistent with the legal reality, even being in several provisions a divorce between these two sciences that unleashes damage to societies in the delay in procedures that result in economic losses. In this article, the analysis will seek the solution through overcoming the deficiencies of corporate norms by building permissive standards for the best business development.

Objective: To describe intraoral and extraoral soft tissue lesions and periodontal health identified during the occupational medical evaluation of operational and administrative workers in the construction sector of Lima, Peru. Materials and methods: A cross-sectional study conducted on 150 construction workers evaluated with a dental-occupational instrument with epidemiological indices for periodontal disease and clinical attachment loss, as well as indicators for intraoral and extraoral lesions. El objetivo de este trabajo es determinar la viabilidad social, ambiental y financiera de la instalación de una planta procesadora de crema untable de palta con hierbas aromáticas de orégano cuyo tiempo de vida útil es de 5 años, pero que no necesariamente se finalizarán operaciones al cierre de ese año. El producto está hecho a base de aguacate y orégano cuya presentación es de 200 gramos por empaque para cubrir la demanda de personas entre 18 a 55 años de los sectores A y B de Lima Metropolitana. Background: The use of coffee in patients undergoing surgery of the lower gastrointestinal tract promotes the stimulation of peristalsis, favors tolerance to the initiation of the oral route as well as early progression to the soft diet. Objective: To present the clinical effects of starting the oral route with coffee in patients undergoing lower gastrointestinal tract surgery. Methods: A descriptive study was performed to analyze the clinical effects of coffee in 14 postoperative patients of lower gastrointestinal tract surgery. The variables analyzed were: presentation of bowel sounds, expulsion of flatus, and effective evacuation. La propuesta incluye talleres grupales de ocho semanas y talleres empresariales de cuatro semanas, que integran técnicas vocales e improvisación musical con el fin de fortalecer la creatividad, la expresión y la confianza comunicativa. El presente proyecto tiene como finalidad mostrar el desarrollo de un sistema de control y protección de motor a partir de un arrancador suave y relé electrónico de sobrecarga aplicado en bombas de agua utilizadas en socavón en el sector minero del Perú. El sistema desarrollado permite actualizar los sistemas de arranques tradicionales existentes en la minería peruana, optimizar los sistemas de arranque directo para aplicaciones de bombeo y brindar mayor protección y robustez a las soluciones de difícil acceso a comunicación. El enfoque del proyecto se basa en las normativas IEC 60947-4 y estándar UL 489 que especifican y certifican las pautas para el desarrollo de los sistemas de arranque de motor respectivamente. En función a la operación del sistema de arranque suave y relé de sobrecarga se generaron la aprobación de las pruebas en taller y campo del diseño propuesto.
