Introduction: Will identify the relation generated by participation in a transition program carried out between the end of secondary school and the beginning of higher education with the permanence of first-year students in university. Method: This research is quantitative, longitudinal, non-experimental, with a descriptive and correlational scope. The study is based on a census and the analyzed population is made up of 15710 first-year students from a private Peruvian university. Statistics, such as Chi Square, were used to determine the association or independence of two quantitative variables with a 5% degree of significance. The effect was measured using the V-Cramer statistic. Esta Tesis tiene como objetivo determinar la relación del uso de simuladores de Controladores Lógico Programables y el logro de competencias en los estudiantes de Ingeniería Eléctrica y Electrónica de la Universidad Nacional del Callao. El tipo de estudio es no experimental descriptivo y su diseño es correlacional, para lo cual se aplicó el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson entre las variable dependiente Logro de Competencias y de la variable independientes el Uso de Simuladores de PLC en Estudiantes del V ciclo de Ing. This paper, resume a research that had as objetive build a future scenario to 2040 for programs that promote the innovation in Perú, inside the competitive intelligence. In order to achieve this goal, it considered a simple of 10 experts of differents organizations, and Through the implementation of interviews and surveys It was possible to identify 37 variables of the system, of which 23 were considered as keys, and with them built the future scenario. Different fellowships programs to public school teachers have been developed in Latin-American. In Perú, this new program has been managed by Pronabec financing fellowships for teachers of different regions during 2014-2015. Thisstudy is addressed to analyze the teachers´ dilemmas faced when they applied; and, explore the future professional perspectives of this kind of teacher. The qualitative method implies a documental analysis and survey with open answers to 20 teachers. Four types of dilemmas were identified–master versus family, master versus school, master versus another study, master versus no migration–, and eight possible futures scenarios related to the professional, academic, and unionpolitical fields.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the development of mentoring process and performance of the tutor in a mentoring pilot program from the perspective of student and teacher, the research design is pre experimental, application, qualitative and quantitative, the group consisted of 61 students and 12 tutors. This research had three stages; in the first teachers were trained as tutors with e-learning and was opened a virtual classroom. The study aimed to determine the effect of the implementation of the program "Manage your Talent" in competence assertive communication skills and teamwork. A quasi-experimental research design was used with pre-test - intervention - post-test with control group. The sample included 28 supervisors of a private company, 13 in the experimental group and 15 in the control group. A type of purposive sample was used. The results suggest a positive impact of the program to significantly increase competition achievement assertive communication (U = 3.5, Z = 4.58, *** P <.000), just as in effective dialogue dimensions (U = 8.0), feedback (U = 10.0), conflict resolution (U= 7.0) and non-verbal communication (U = 4.0), the skills of this competence in the highest increase was recorded were effective dialogue and nonverbal communication. Worldwide, breast cancer represents the most frequent tumor among women. A pre-experimental study was carried out, with the use of quantitative and qualitative methods in the family doctor’s offi ce 31, of the 50th Anniversary Polyclinic of Manicaragua, Cuba from January 2018 to June 2021, to determine the eff ectiveness of an educational program for the control of modifi able risk factors of breast cancer, in women of the clinic 31 of Manicaragua. From a population of 128 women aged 25 to 75 years and over, a sample of 25 women was selected according to non-probabilistic sampling by criteria. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used. El proceso de diagnóstico de un cáncer puede generar diversas afectaciones a los pacientes y sus familiares; sin embargo, existen factores psicosociales que pueden llegar a afectar aún más dicho proceso. El objetivo es conocer las necesidades psicosociales de mujeres con cáncer de mama desde su experiencia en el proceso de diagnóstico, para lo cual se diseñó un estudio cualitativo con una perspectiva fenomenológica. Se entrevistaron a once mujeres con diagnóstico de cáncer de mama, mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas, las cuales fueron grabadas en audio para transcribirlas y realizar el análisis.
