The main objective of this paper is the development of a model that allows the authentication of a user for access control using the Two-Factor Authentication model. For the development of such a model we present a secure two-factor authentication (TFA) scheme based on the user's possession of a password and a cryptographically capable device. The security of this model is end-to-end in the sense that whoever wants to access in a fraudulent way is going to find it difficult and thus guarantee the security of the user of the system, the algorithm used was Cryptographic Networks, which is a double authentication model. Also the programming language cakephp 4.0 was used, in addition to using the visual studio code program to perform the algorithms required for the double authentication model to work.

The objective of this work is to characterize the mechanism of imbibition, both forced and spontaneous, through the formulation and solution of a mathematical physical model that allows the estimation of the injection rate to achieve imbibition assistance, as well as the prediction of oil production in reservoirs that have similar characteristics to those of the Peruvian northwest. The reservoirs in the northwest are good candidates for additional oil recovery through the water imbibition process, since the low permeability of these reservoirs allows a better performance of capillary forces and the hydraulic fractures provide an important contact area between the rock and the fluid, generating an important opportunity for additional oil recovery. Through this mechanism, it is feasible that mobile oil, without energy to move within the reservoir, can be expelled and replaced by a wetting ...

The aim of this study is to examine how transformational and transactional leaders, boost the employees’ innovative work behaviour, directly or through work engagement, organizational climate for innovation and absorptive capacity in Latin American firms. A non-random sample of 1429 employees was used who had been working at least one year in the current company. The sample, composed of workers from different industries, was collected in postgraduate programs of business schools from seven Latin American countries. A multi-group structural equation model was built with the involved variables, which adopted two different conditions: i.e., unconstrained and constrained questionnaire measurement weights. According to the results, leadership by itself is insufficient to promote employees innovative work behaviour. Transformational and transactional leadership exert effect on this behaviour...

The objective of this study is to identify factors influencing product purchase choices in the sample market of Chachapoyas using structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS v.24 software. The sample of 384 customers was composed mostly of women (60%) and young people aged 18 to 30 years (55%), and it was found that personal characteristics such as age, lifestyle and financial situation influenced purchase decisions. The results showed that cultural, social and psychological factors did not have a significant effect. The usefulness of SEM for studying the interaction between multiple variables and validating theoretical models in non-experimental settings was confirmed. These findings underscored the importance of considering personal factors in marketing and business strategies in local market settings. The conclusion is that understanding individual characteristics is important for u...

The application of artificial intelligence based on the multiple linear regression model with stochastic descending gradient is described in order to determine the quality of the white Huacaya alpaca fibre. In total, 1200 fibres corresponding to six alpaca samples were analysed. The fibres were characterized by optical microscopy and with the optical fibre diameter analyser (OFDA 100) equipment. Fibre diameter, medulla diameter, percentage of medullation by volume, comfort factor, and objectionable fibres were considered as independent variables, and the “Soft” factor was considered as a response variable. This last variable resulting from the difference in the comfort factor and objectionable fibres served to give a logical order to the data matrix and obtain an accurate prediction model. The average values were 26.80 ± 6.95 for the fibre diameter, 14.10 ± 5.92 for the medulla dia...

Within self-report measures, one of the most mentioned scales in the scientific literature on emotions is the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS). Taking into account previous research, the present work has a main objective, to replicate in a sample of Argentine university students the previous findings found in other countries about the factorial dimension of PANAS. For this, it was used the Confirmatory Factor Analysis. Although in general the results showed that the hierarchical, discriminant and convergent affection properties proposed by Watson (2000) cannot be fully corroborated. Thus, it is evident that the observable variables Alert and Excited have a cross weighting, affecting the overall adjustment of the models. Finally, the trifactorial model of the Affect is the one that presents better indices of adjustments, both for the oblique and orthogonal cases.

The aim of this work was to propose a latent equation model that structures the relationship between academic engagement, schadenfreude and prosocial behavior on the school climate. We used a cross-sectional design and 437 secondary students from Chile were recruited. School Climate Scale, Engagement UWES-S 9, School Prosocial Behavior Inventory and Schadenfreude scale were administered. Factor analysis, reliability test, correlation analysis and structural equation modeling were performed to analysis data. After fitting two models for our data and contrasting them with theoretical literature, we found that school climate was affected directly by school engagement and prosocial behavior. Academic engagement positive affects, direct and indirectly, the school climate. An increase in academic engagement also lowers the levels of schadenfreude and causes an increase in the levels of pr...

Nowadays, several computer programs are used for the design of buildings and other structures, each of them with its sequence of design algorithms. However, the competent professional uses conventional design criteria without analyzing the demanding considerations in the modeling of a structure. That is why in this research the objective was to determine the influence of the variation of the structural properties in the analysis of buildings. To this purpose, a 10-story building was used with a mezzanine height of 3.25m and a total height of 33.7m composed of a structural system of walls with different area elements, rigid arms, discretization of walls and diaphragms, which were modeled in the ETABS V19 software. The M0.5MF-M3 model was the one that showed average values for displacement, stiffness of the structure, shear force, bending moment and interstory drifts. Finally, the membrane...

Problem and objectives: To find out if the structure of the prosocial behavior measured by the Prosocial Behavior Scale (PBS) can be represented by a general factor, i.e. prosociality, combined with specific factors: the subscales of the PBS. Method: The sample consisted of 692 subjects (65% females) recruited by a convenience sampling method and living in Greater Buenos Aires and inland areas of Argentina. The assumptions of unidimensionality and local dependence were checked. Then the relative fit was compared between three models of the Item Response Theory: Graded Response Model (GRM), Multidimensional Graded Response Model (MGRM) and Two-Factor Graded Response Model (TGRM). Results: The TGRM showed the best relative fit. This model was implemented by calculating the conditional and marginal parameters. Likewise, the ECV index was calculated. Conclusions: The PBS items were primarily...

The location of an industrial plant, is the process of choosing a geographical location to perform the operations of a company. To determine the best location, you must perform an assessment of the factors affecting the selection. Two groups of factors are considered: Quantitative, which are easy to quantify and Qualitative that are less tangible, hard to quantify, evaluation of the latter depends on the judgment of the analyst, keeping a tinge of subjectivity, making no model used to ensure that the venue is optimal. To optimize the classification of factors, it is proposed to use the model of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with a proper rating scale, which ensures consistency of it and allows the use of a software (Expert Choice). This study presents and demonstrates the contribution of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in the task of optimizing the location of an industrial plant...

The vertiginous growth in the number of universities in our country has raised certain doubts about the quality of the university teaching process. Government agencies have set the standards for the accreditation of university studies, which cannot be improved if we do not know what students perceive. This study proposes the 6 Qs model to know the dimensions of student satisfaction and finds that there is a relationship of approximately 10% with academic performance, clearly establishing its multidimensional character, and that Research and basic infrastructure are the most dissatisfied indicators and need to be improved as a priority.

This research has been designed with the objective of analyzing the indicators of teacher motivation and performance to determine a factorial model of prediction in teachers. The methodology corresponds to a quantitative approach of a predictive nature, for this, two instruments were used and they were applied to two populations: the motivation instrument was applied to teachers and the teacher performance instrument, to students of the 4th and 5th year of secondary level. The participants were made up of 59 teachers and 197 students. The KMO index was 0.636, this allowed a factor analysis that follows a methodological process of seven well-defined phases. The results yielded three clusters: extrinsic and transcendental motivation (cluster 1); intrinsic motivation (cluster 2); and teaching performance (cluster 3) in which two eigenvalues greater than 1 were obtained, allowing us to...
