Performance evaluation is considered as a systematized process that allows essential actions to be fomulated to carry out work tasks in the company. The study aimed to determine if a performance evaluation design model will improve competitive development. The study methodology was applied, with an explanatory design, the instrument analyzed was the test questionnaire, for administrative workers The results obtained showed that 60% of administrative workers received incentives, 30% always and the other 30% sometimes. It was concluded that there is a tool that measures competitive development and productivity, but that does not show the results of the evaluation at 100%.Keywords: Performance evaluation, competitive development, job skills.

The objective of the study is to compare long memory models to model exchange rate volatility. For this objective, the nominal sol / dollar exchange rate is used, covering the periods from July 19, 1999 to November 19, 2013. Essentially, it seeks to examine the prediction capacity between long memory models and hyperbolic behavior of the autocorrelations given by FIGARCH, HYGARCH and IGARCH and concluding that the FIGARCH model (1,0,637,1) using a t-student distribution has a better predictive capacity. The prediction of exchange rate volatility in the case of Peru is structurally important in the calculation of Value at Risk (VaR) and in risk management.

The simulation model is a useful assessment tool to analyze in depth evaluation of investment projects, improving investor decision making. Contributes to investigate new project ideas and help identify investment opportunities aimed at the reformulation of projects, adapting to the attitudes and investor requirements. An alternative choice is the mathematics expectation that is used in the calculation of probabilities that an event occurs. The fact that a good estimate of the elements involved in the calculation of profitability is not conducted, can lead to invalidate the analysis, and therefore, can lead to approve unprofitable projects and vice versa. When is known the probability of an event occurring certain number of years, usually applies a certain percentage during that period. For example, if the probability of an event occurring is 20 years, a rate of 5% per annum will apply.

The goal of this investigation is to develop a model forthe evaluation for performance evaluation in the teachingfunction. The research consisted in characterizing anevaluation model, as well as the construction and designof four scales focused in students, immediate authorities,colleagues and teachers. A pilot study was applied using apopulation census conformed by the active professors andtheir attending students at the moment of the application.The scales were put under validation of content byjudgment of experts. The collected data was analyzedusing Factorial Analysis and Discriminant Validity to provethe validity; also, the Alpha of Cronbach was used for itsreliability for obtaining definitive instruments.

The district of Madrigal, Province of Caylloma, Arequipa, is affected by a rotational slip that has been activated since 1959 and which currently shows a high danger and therefore levels of high physical vulnerability. This locality is based on fine foundation soil of lacustrine origin. Studies of photointerpretation of aerial photos of the years 1955, 1970 and 1997 determined that in almost 50 years the landslide of Madrigal increased the unstable area by 0.6 km2. The sliding rotational type that affects the physical safety of Madrigal involves 70% of the area of the district. In recent years, Peru has experienced strong growth in the financial sector, mainly focused on the credit sector, which has allowed the economy to be boosted, which is not the case for credits oriented to the agricultural sector due to its level of risk, reason whereby the Peruvian government creates Agrobanco as an entity focused on the agricultural sector through the placement of agricultural loans. This project aims to develop a performance evaluation model that serves as an application guide for companies with both linear and matrix structures. The project will primarily be conducted in three stages. The initial stage involves an analysis of organizational structures and an examination of various performance evaluation models and frameworks. Subsequently, in the second stage of the project, based on the findings from the analysis stage, the model proposal will be developed. Finally, in the third stage, validation will be carried out with experts to assess the feasibility of the proposal.

The purpose of this article is to present a critical review of the ways in which the performance of university teachers are usually evaluated. Generally, the institutions state proposal of evaluation that usually coincide with what is evaluated and the use of the results. It includes the review of the different evaluation models to show the discrepancies between the objectives and the practices, that is, the poor relationship between the model used and what is done. Universities usually declare that the focus of the evaluation is improvement of practice. The aim of this study was to verify if rats of the Holtzman strain can be infected with the enzootic bovine leukosis virus (VLB) when they receive blood and colostrum inocula from bovines infected by the virus via orally and intraperitoneally. This is to find new species of animals that can be used in bioassays and that provide management facilities compared to the ovine species. For this, 28 rats of the Holtzman strain were used plus 8 crossbred sheep that were used as a control group. The 28 rats were distributed into three experimental groups: i) 8 rats inoculated with blood intraperitoneally, ii) 10 rats inoculated with blood orally, and iii) 10 rats inoculated with colostrum orally. The evaluation of the academic performance of university students is a fundamental element to measure the quality of education in a higher education. The most direct way to obtain this qualification is through exams or probing tests, however if we consider that teachers are the ones who determine the form of evaluation, these instruments may present shortcomings in their elaboration.
