Editorial The effort of the intellectual development of a superior house of studies is reflected in the scientific and academic production of its population of students. It is our main desire to promote, through an increasingly visible diffusion, research that has a social focus linked to problems of our regional and national environment This edition gathers the research production carried out during the academic year 2018. The Graduate School of the Private University of Tacna, has been promoting research processes leading to its social integration with the national and regional environment. We believe that it is necessary to assume that the training and academic institutions have, within their scientific and technological role, the transfer of knowledge to improve the quality of life of their society. The masters, all linked to the needs of the environment, subscribe to the possibility of being protagonists of changes in their respective areas of competence and relevance through research and innovation. Thus, institutions must fulfill one of the most important purposes in the investigative process, that of improving their capacities for greater visibility. Objetive: The investigation consisted in investigating and validating an evaluation model of teacher's performance through the modeling of structural SEM equations applying LISREL. Method: An initial model based on the results of investigations and data from bibliographic referents was proposed. In previous studies they only consider the influence of some variables over the result variable. The proposed initial model consists of fourteen constructs. Six exogenous and six endogenous with their respective observable or measureable variables and in accordance with the causal methodology a diagram of cause is plotted — effect among the constructs, each relationship between the variables is codified for its statistical treatment.
