Study the behavior of an elliptical problem is often very difficult due to the geometry of the domain and the boundary conditions, so it is necessary to use numerical methods to find a solution. The finiteelement method has proven to be efficient to treat problems of non-regular geometry and complicated parameters. This research has taken as reference the Poisson problem with mixed boundary conditions. It has proved the existence and uniqueness of a weak solution verifying the hypothesis Lax-Milgram theorem.The domain is discretized into triangular elements with three nodes and a degree of freedom per node and to discretize the differential equation has been used Galerkin method.

In this work, we propose the nonmonotone projected spectral gradient method to solve the problem of minimizing compliance of a static structure, classic problem in topology optimization. The present method has proof of global convergence and is easy to implement. The performance of the proposed method is studied through numerical examples in two dimensions.

El presente trabajo desarrolla el Método de Elementos Finitos (MEE) mediante un programa en código MATLAB para la solución de problemas de guía de ondas. La ecuación diferencial de Helmholtz se resuelve mediante un sistema de eigenvalores de una forma simple con MATLAB. Los resultados numéricos son comparados con la solución analítica de guía de ondas rectangulares, obteniéndose resultados satisfactorios.

The Knowledge, from the perspective of the Greeks, it has four types: Empeiria, tekhne, episteme and nous. These types have different characteristics, as they target the source dimension (facts and concepts), or the purpose dimension (contemplation or domain). On the basis of these dimensions is presented a tool kit to collect, develop and build personal strengths, arising from the disposition of knowledge itself. This tool allows to outline the productive potential of staff, from the perspective that the knowledge acquired, determines the disposition and development of ability to make decisions and solve problems. The flow of a laminar fluid that filters through a porous medium is considered. This behavior leads to the formulation of a mathematical model that, through the Baiocchi transformation, allows it to be expressed as a free boundary problem. In order to investigate the conception of the Andean people about gnoseological problems, conceived from these categories: possibility of knowledge, elements that intervene in knowledge, process of knowledge, telos of knowledge and conception of truth. An ethnographic-hermeneutical method was used in the town of Rosaspata, Ayacucho District, Huamanga Province, Peru. The key informants were the yachaq (people who preserve the knowledge of the original peoples) authorities and elderly residents. La tecnología, ahora convertida en mediación cultural, se ha vuelto transversal a la vida de las personas, configurando verdaderos “ecosistemas comunicativos” de la sociedad que posibilitan nuevos espacios de lucha y resistencia cultural y mediática. Es debido al auge de estas nuevas espacialidades que este trabajo se propone un acercamiento a las problemáticas que giran en torno al ejercicio de las nuevas ciudadanías digitales, haciendo especial énfasis en la apropiación tecnológica y las prácticas de activismo mediático como formas de resistencia; para, a partir de ello, presentar un repertorio de herramientas epistemológicas que contribuyan a describir y comprender acciones y experiencias del ejercicio ciudadano en entornos digitales.

“The Part about the Crimes”, one of the five sections of Roberto Bolaño’s novel 2666, is the pretext to investigate on topics such as doubt and certainty, hand and industrial mechanization, corpses as real or spectral presences, or corpses as performatic elements, far from mimetic realism and novels of social protest. The specialized criticism only reads horror, fear, abjection, bodies as commodities and savage capitalism in this novel. On the contrary, I propose a reading that attempts to reconstruct a dialogue with the avant-garde and especially with the ready-mades by Marcel Duchamp.

The present work develops the Finite Element Method (FEM) as a program written in MATLAB code and its application for the numerical simulation of waveguides. The Helmholtz equationdiferential is determined by solving as the generalized eigenvalue problem and with MATLAB is simples. It is often said that any activation of the constituent power, preceded by certain elements and conditions, is always a free activity limits or constraints, because it is so required by the democratic nature of the sovereign people that holds it.
