Politics is unavoidable in human activity being the highest degree of development of man in the polis. It is necessary to analyze politics as art or science in the pretense of guiding the group or the people towards happiness, which, by Aristotelian theoretical definition, is its end and the one who must govern is the Platonic virtuous man. In this case, those who should guide the people with what bases and philosophical discussions we are guided in this regard and if these qualities and / or virtues are possessed by our rulers. This analysis is done under the mirror of the parents of Western culture: Plato and Aristotle. The philosophers referred to have given theoretical bases of who or who should govern, prior development of certain virtues in the rulers. Whose supreme goal is to guide the happiness of the people who govern.

The present research work was carried out with the objective of determining the influence of interactive strategies on the understanding of philosophical readings of university students from San Cristóbal de Huamanga, Ayacucho. To this end, we are guided by the positivist paradigm and its quantitative approach in quasi-experimental design. The study area was made up of university students. The sample consisted of 30 students from the Professional School of Obstetrics that made up the experimental group and 30 students from the Professional School of Nursing that made up the control group, both groups from the Faculty of Health Sciences. The present research work entitled: inferential reading of “cynical” subversive attitudes in education students, was developed with the aim of interpreting “cynical” subversive attitudes through the inferential reading of university students in education. In this sense, a descriptive study was carried out to analyze and describe the results of the inferential reading referred to the subversive attitudes of the cynics, whose space corresponded to the Faculty of Education Sciences of the San Cristóbal de Huamanga University. The objective of this research is to analyze the ethical behavior of man and the sudden transformations of the ethicity of individual or social man, in relation to the surrounding world within the theory of liquid society, founded by Zygmunt Bauman. According to this theory, interpersonal relationships in contemporary society revolve around the ephemerality of friendships and sudden changes in behaviors established by the solidity of their old environment. The analysis of ethics in liquid society concludes that, necessarily, the ephemeral and consumerism are imposed; the stable forms of social relations that sustained the solid society are set aside.
