The purpose of this article is to present a critical review of the ways in which the performance of university teachers are usually evaluated. Generally, the institutions state proposal of evaluation that usually coincide with what is evaluated and the use of the results. It includes the review of the different evaluation models to show the discrepancies between the objectives and the practices, that is, the poor relationship between the model used and what is done. Universities usually declare that the focus of the evaluation is improvement of practice. The publication “Problems of introducing inclusive education in the social environment of Ussuriysk city” examines the complex problems and sociocultural processes of society concerning people with special socio-educational needs, people with disabilities and people with physical disabilities. The paper briefly explains the essence of inclusive education and the problems of its introduction into the social environment of small towns, for example, the city of Ussuriysk, when, along with the development of defectological schools and the government order for them, there is a lack of understanding of the need for such education, an indifferent, callous attitude towards disadvantaged physical disabilities to people.

This article presents an analysis about teacher’s education possibilities regardingtheir professional context in elementary education. For this, a conceptual reviewabout relationship between education and community is explained. In this analysis,the educational processes’ characteristics from this perspective are highlighted, aswell as their implications. Subsequently, some guidelines about teacher’s education from this view are exposed and a systemic approach of education are presented taking into account educational factors inside and outside the school, as well as the teacher as an agent who learns permanently.

The research work presented below will analyse whether the investment in training in ICTrelated issues influences the Educational Management and the Teaching and Learning Processes of the educational institutions of Regular Basic Education of the educational levels of primary (6 to 12 years of age) and secondary (12 to 17 years of age) belonging to six Peruvian villages of rural areas. For this purpose, various quantitative instruments were applied to teachers at three times (baseline, midterm and expost) in two school years. The population of this work was 40 teachers, all from rural areas of the Peruvian highlands and jungle (Amazonas, Cajamarca and Junín). This articles analyzes, from a qualitative approach, the 1995 Pan-American Physical Education Congress taken place in Peru as a space for socialization, dissemination of knowledge, sharing of theoretical perspectives, as well as space of legitimization for some experts, influence and power for some international organizations. The article seeks to understand how knowledges, experts and organizations validate certain “true” meanings that conceptualize the vast universe of physical culture, physical education and sports. The interpretative examination focuses in various documentary sources, such as minutes and memories of the Congress, presentations by experts, the subjects of the presentations, and memories of other Pan-American congresses. Additionally, the study includes semi-structured interviews to organizers and attendees.

The purpose of this essay is to analyze legal proposals and public policies related to the entry and permanence of students with special educational needs in higher education, within a Latin American context that includes Mexico and Brazil. To conduct a comparative study, we use a historical-documentary methodology that examines educational legislation and its impact on public policies between 1996 and 2018. Our theoretical perspective is based on the concept of Civilizing Processes, as developed by Norbert Elias (1993; 1998; 2001; 2006; 2011). The article aims to discuss the effects of the Covid 19 pandemic on Brazilian higher education in 2020. The experience of remote classes, using virtual communication technologies during the pandemic, changed the learning relationships between teachers and students. These changes did not happened in a homogeneous and linear manner. This text discusses the different uses of these technologies and how these processes have contributed to strengthening existing educational inequalities. The arguments were structured in three moments, in order to consider processes that occurred before, during and after the pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic forced educational programs to adapt to the virtual environment due to the quarantine and social distancing measures, as well as the limitations in hospital centers for clinical practice. Most medical schools and departments were not prepared to face this challenge at the undergraduate level. Many professors, except those who worked at the postgraduate level and used virtual media, lacked experience in using virtual teaching strategies since institutional educational processes were not designed to be developed in this environment and students also had difficulty adapting to these sudden changes (1).

One of the fundamental elements for the success of the learning processes carried out by students lies in the performance of educators and their influence on the excellence of training. In this context, the purpose of this research is to analyze this connection. To this end, we have considered several school management principles, such as leadership, procedure orientation, continuous improvement, adopting a strong evidence-based approach, and relationship management. To carry out this scientific study, we have employed a hypothetico-deductive method approach, an ordinal-level cross-sectional design, and a descriptive correlational perspective.
