The objective of the research was to provide a new perspective to the profile of the university evaluator, with better alternatives, purposes, and scientific-academic scope. We know that the profile of the university evaluator must meet high academic and social requirements to achieve a better educational system consistent with the social environment. However, the problem is that few evaluators are properly trained to carry out a task that involves the scientific measurement of the processes of the university community. The research analyzed and reflected on the future of university teaching in a globalized-digital world. The study problem shows that a small percentage of teachers have managed to adapt to technological means, mainly in third world countries. In this sense, the objective of this study is to outline ideas to strengthen the profile of the university teacher through the responsible domain of technology. For this, we propose as a thesis, constant teacher training in digital didactics and pedagogy, which inserts us into a new university scientific era. In conclusion, university pedagogy is forced to changes that favor humanity, so thinking today of university teaching without digital technology seems wrong.

This essay reflects on teaching ethics as a social engineer and builder of a citizenry with a culture of peace in the context of globalization and dehumanization. This study aimed to provide specific guidelines and strategies to consolidate and strengthen the teacher as a social creator and peace builder. Due to the growing need for scientific publication and having few practical manuals, this article arises. The objective of this document is to guide the process of writing and publishing research results to the scientific community under the IMR&D format (Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion). This document facilitates research, writing, publication and the elaboration process, both in qualitative and quantitative research, as well as how scientific encryption should be carried out to attract readers. In conclusion, the work aims to make rigorous scientific products viable, through their correct elaboration with guidelines clearly defined by the scientific community.

La historia desde los bordes es un planteamiento de la decolonialidad que pretende visibilizar la historia marginada-popular, con la intención de reivindicar/emancipar al hombre del Sur y colocarlo dentro del diálogo histórico-académico mundial. La historia local parece ser un camino viable para este propósito; de su enseñanza depende la reconstrucción y reconfiguración identitaria del pasado desde una óptica distinta a la moderna-occidental.
