In 2013, President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Mikhail Nikolaev announced the launch of the republican project Music for Everybody. The organizers of this project –– the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture and Spirituality of the republic –– have set the goal to help all children learn one classical musical instrument by their graduation from general education school. Objective. To identify the relationship between organizational factors and individual factors of e-learning, with the use of it for the purposes of continued education of health professionals, in public and private hospitals. Methods. A non-experimental research has been developed, with a correlational scope, with a sample of 134 health professionals of one private and two public hospitals in Lima, Peru. Results. The use of e-learning for continued education is high (over 70%), with an average of 105 daily minutes of access to training content, and that its main modalities are video conferences and online courses. This paper reports the results of a study on service quality in a business school. We examine the concept of service quality with data collected from 205 executive students. The results obtained from applying exploratory factor analysis to our data suggest that the theoretical factor structure consisting of five factors could not be empirically replicated. The empirical factor structure consist of four factors (tangibles faculty administration and reliability-empathy) being reliability-empathy the most important dimension for professional students. Confirmatory factor analysis results provide strong support for the four-dimensional structure of service quality in a business school setting.

The accreditation in Ecuadorian higher education is addressed, considering parameters such as teaching, research, and engagement with society, highlighting its relevance. The employed method centers on the construction and analysis of the Referential Framework, playing a crucial role in providing a clear and accessible understanding of the research topic. La investigación tuvo como objetivo analizarlas necesidades formativas de los docentes para fortalecer un marco pedagógico efectivo en la educación a distancia. This study aims to describe how the implementation of the 5S methodology contributes to the development of a quality culture in regular basic education institutions in Peru. A qualitative, non-experimental, and descriptive research design was employed, using semi-structured interviews conducted with informed consent. The sample consisted of four educational institutions, selected to explore perceptions regarding the benefits of implementation. The findings revealed a lack of formal planning in the implementation process, which was typically initiated by a teacher or principal and carried out with trained student leaders. Reported benefits include improvements in the classroom environment, communication spaces, waste reduction, and student performance—factors that collectively foster a culture of quality.
