Barcelona SC has its official store in the city of Guayaquil-Ecuador, but due to high investment costs it cannot open more physical stores in other cities and so far it has not ventured into electronic commerce; which causes dissatisfied customers. Therefore, the objective of this study was to develop an electronic commerce strategy for Barcelona SC, taking as reference the global impact soccer teams of Real Madrid CF and CA Boca Juniors. We worked with qualitative descriptive methodology with documentary design. The results allowed us to characterize the elements of electronic commerce of the aforementioned clubs and, based on them, establish a strategy for Barcelona SC. It was concluded that it is important for Barcelona SC to venture into electronic commerce to increase its sales, serve all fans and serve as an example for other sports clubs.

The Meek technique is useful in patients with limited donor sites. It is a relatively efficient technique due to its ability to expand the skin up to nine times its original size. Scarring was assessed using two tissue expansion techniques, i.e. the Meek technique and the conventional mesh technique, which achieved an expansion ratio of 1:3. It should be noted that, with advances in bioengineering, the Meek technique is integrated as a complete method for autografting.1,2 We present the case of a 34-year-old male patient with a polymicrobial infectious disease called "necrotizing fasciitis". He had lost tissues of the thorax, abdomen and inguinal-perineal region, affecting 14% of his total body surface area. A qualitative assessment using the Vancouver scale and the Patient Objective Scar Assessment Scale (POSAS) showed better scarring results with the Meek technique.

Las técnicas para promover calidad en el área de comunicación pueden ser diversas, sin embargo, en esta investigación científica tenemos como objetivo establecer la relación que existe entre la técnica del debate y el desarrollo de la expresión oral de los alumnos de quinto grado de primaria en la IE N. 3507. Con enfoque cuantitativo, método hipotético deductivo, corte transversal y nivel ordinal utilizamos un diseño correlacional descriptivo y para levantar la información encuesta que tiene validez por tres jurados expertos y confiabilidad por el coeficiente de Crombach. Monogeneans encompass a group of parasites whose identification requires the visualization of both internal and external morphology. In most cases, the techniques involve many steps and the use of restricted substances, in addition to the necessity of protective equipment. Faure’s mounting medium, an aqueous medium similar to Hoyer’s mounting medium, has already been used for the preparation of the group. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of Faure’s medium for the mounting of stained specimens. The present study aimed to compare the endometrial cytological results obtained using the cytobrush and low volume lavage in Colombian Creole mares. In total, 90 mares with a clinical history of endometritis were used. The results of the cytological samples were compared under the variables of identification of the leukocyte reaction, type of leukocyte reaction, presentation of polymorphonuclear and mononuclear cells, presentation of bacteria, hyphae and cellular changes. A leukocyte reaction was found in 100% (90/90) of the cases with the cytobrush and in 93.9% (79/90) for the low volumen lavage (p=0.0031). The result of the presentation of polymorphonuclear cells was similar between the two techniques; however, the presence of mononuclear cells was more effective with the low-volume lavage technique. The article is devoted to the analysis of manipulative strategies and tactics in political discourse. The analysis is based on Donald Trump’s speech, which was delivered at the UN General Assembly in 2018. The paper studies the manipulative speech strategies and tactics used by the politician, their characteristic features, linguistic peculiarities of their implementation and the aims of their use. Political discourse defines the necessity to use certain speech strategies and tactics in political speeches, which altogether are aimed at creating an image of a politician and manipulating the consciousness of listeners. Objective: To standardize ELISA technique for human Strongyloides stercoralis infection diagnosis. Material and methods: A crude antigen was prepared using filariform larvae obtained from positive stool samples cultured with charcoal. Harvested larvae were crushed by sonication and washed by centrifugation in order to obtain protein extracts to be used as antigen. Final protein concentration was 600 µg/mL. Several kinds of ELISA plates were tested and antigen concentration, sera dilution, conjugate dilution and cut off were determined to identify infection. Sera from patients with both hyperinfection syndrome and intestinal infection demonstrated by parasitological examination were positive controls and sera from people living in non-endemic areas with no infection demonstrated by parasitological examination were negative controls. Contrary case happened in the subsequent test, whose results managed, that no collaborator has a high level of Burnout Syndrome; otherwise 25% of those evaluated managed to have a low level, while 75% were located at a medium level, for this reason the application of the coping techniques developed with said collaborators managed to decrease the high levels of Burnout Syndrome. En esta investigación se tuvo por objetivo determinar la relación entre la inteligencia y la velocidad de lectura. Para ello se tomó una muestra de 175 estudiantes universitarios del primer semestre de dos carreras de Ingeniería en una universidad privada en Arequipa (Perú), y se utilizó el test de matrices progresivas de Raven, así como la prueba de habilidades para la velocidad lectora de Uriarte. Los datos confirman una relación positiva y significativa entre la capacidad intelectual y la velocidad lectora (r = 0.509, p < 0.000).
