In the decade of the 80's thaks to the Prof. Robert Kaplan and to the Prof. Thomas Jhonson was created the concept of finance based on activities which allows us to provide to the company costs more precise products. No only methodology of costs can be present in a production companies but also in companies of services based in that all company for the abtaining of its products goes by diverse administration processes.

It serves as a means of payment for purchases and deferring payments for several months to get credit and pay off other debts. Credit card replaces cash, purchases are made during the period are accumulated in a monthly balance and debited to the card holder. El objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar los determinantes del coste del crédito en las instituciones de microfinanzas-IMFs peruanas durante el período 1994-2015. Su alcance permitió identificar el impacto de factores microeconómicos y macroeconómicos en el coste del crédito en cuatro escenarios: 1994-2016. 1995-2015, 1998-2016 y 2009-2016, en función de la información disponible por grupos de IMF. Objective: to analyze the cost of work absenteeism in nursing personnel of a public Hospital in the city ofSan Luis Potosí, in Mexico. Methodology: retrospective quantitative research through the attendancerecords of the year 2019, 508 people with absenteeism were identified. The cost was determinedbased on the daily salary per shift, estimated for three categories, there were 3,965 absences of which68% correspond to unexcused absences and 31% to medical disability. Results: the estimated annualcost was $ 6,676,134.62 MXN. RESUMO Demência é uma das principais causas de dependência e incapacidade entre idosos, e impõe enormes encargos econômicos. Apenas alguns estudos de custo-de-doença para a demência foram realizados em países de renda média e baixa. OBJETIVO: O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar os custos relacionados com demência em pacientes de uma clínica particular, em Lima, Peru. MÉTODOS: Foi realizado estudo retrospectivo de uma coorte durante três meses para extrair informações de prontuários de pacientes com demência para avaliar a utilização de recursos tanto de saúde como outros. Os custos totais da doença foram divididos em diretos (despesas de assistência médica e social) e indiretos (custos de cuidados informais). El presente estudio analiza las estrategias empleadas entre los años 2012-2017 para minimizar el cash cost en la operación minera subterránea de Morococha, ubicada en el departamento de Junín, Perú. La mina pertenece a la empresa Pan American Silver Corp. y produce plata, principalmente; y como subproductos, produce plomo, zinc, cobre y oro. Se analizaron los costos de producción del área de operaciones mina durante el periodo previo, del 2008 al 2012.
