En este artículo se profundiza el impacto de las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (TIC) como innovación pedagógica y tecnológica en el aprendizaje del cálculo I, en estudiantes de Ingeniería Civil de la Universidad Nacional de San Cristóbal de Huamanga, 2020. This research sought to study the communication conditions in an educational institute with the purpose of knowing the effectiveness of the communicational interchanges between the parts involved and with the purpose of designing a tool to improve the communication between students, teachers, principals and parents. The efficiency of the communication was analyzed, as well as the benefits they obtain from it. The qualitative method was used to obtain their opinion through interviews. The collected information was used to design a technological platform that would allow keeping communication, taking into account the needs of the school under study. It is concluded that the communication is efficient between the internal actors but deficient with the external participants, for which the use of a technological platform of communication would benefit the process.

Public administration, anchored in hierarchies and bureaucracies, demands the decentralization and modernization of activities and tools; therefore, the new information and communication technologies brought about by electronic governance play a crucial role in the analysis and delivery of government results. The purpose of this study was to comprehend the contribution of this governance in local governments through a systematic review of 22 investigations available between 2019 and 2023. Objective. To determine the level of research learning through communication and information technologies in university students in Huánuco. Methods. Descriptive, cross-sectional and prospective study. It was comprised of 72 students from the research course of the School of Nursing of Universidad Nacional Hermilio Valdizán in Huánuco. A questionnaire on the use of information and communication technologies, and a guide for observation of investigative skills were used - prior validation and reliability. Objective. To determine public servants’ perception from an administrative health branch on their degree of digital competence. Methods. A descriptive study was used. It was comprised of 87 public servants (46 women and 41 men), coming from the administrative branch of the Executing Unit 404 from the Huanuco Health Network, during 2020. For the data collection, a digital competence scale was used. For the inferential analysis, chi-square test was used for a sample. Results. Findings showed that the general level of digital competence was basic (62.1%). Specifically, information and technology dimensions were perceived in a higher percentage: 51.7% and 39.1%, respectively. Digital coexistence, communication and collaboration dimensions were perceived in a lower percentage. Currently, traditional presentation methods in higher education have limitations in motivating and actively engaging students. This situation raises the need to integrate innovative formats that promote a more dynamic learning experience. The study aimed to evaluate student satisfaction, learning, and experience when using these innovative formats instead of conventional ones. A mixed approach with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design was adopted, administering a questionnaire with Likert-scale and open-ended questions to 79 students from the University of Veracruz. The results showed that the majority perceived the formats as more motivating, interactive, and effective in improving comprehension and communication. Objective. To determine the relationship that exists between the critical analysis of communicative intentionality and understanding of discourse in social sciences, in students of the School of Economic Sciences of UNAS, Leoncio Prado, 2017. Methods. Research was carried out within the framework of a quantitative approach. Design used was a non-experimental cross-sectional one.
