Se desconoce en gran medida el aporte del plasma seminal a la criotolerancia del semen equino. Algunos componentes del plasma seminal son conocidos por su acción antioxidante y, en consecuencia, podrían influir en la estabilidad oxidativa de los lípidos y las proteínas del semen. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar la relación entre la estabilidad oxidativa y algunos componentes del plasma seminal con la criotolerancia del semen equino. En el plasma seminal de 30 caballos se evaluó el contenido de vitamina C (VC) por HPLC, proteínas totales (PT) por Bradford, y la oxidación proteica (OP) y lipídica (PL) por medición de carbonilos y el ensayo TBARS, respectivamente. The residual oils represent a problem for the environment, because they contaminate the water producing an uptake of oxygen that prevents the subsistence of aquatic organisms. This investigation had the objective of determining the components present in the frying oil used from restaurants in the city of Guaranda, Bolívar - Ecuador prior to its conversion to Biodiesel. Samples were obtained from three fast food restaurants the most popular in the city in mention. Physicochemical analyzes were carried out with a filtration starting point, the analyzes performed on the oils were density, acidity, humidity or loss due to heating and refractive index, and their comparison with normative parameters. Objectives. To determine the effects of aerobic exercise on the components of the metabolic syndrome in older diabetic patients. Materials and methods: We used the PubMed/Medline, Scopus, Cochrane library, Web of Science databases and the Google Scholar search engine. Randomized controlled trials ( RCTs ) were selected according to the inclusion criteria. Two review authors independently determined whether studies met the inclusion criteria, extracted data and used the Cochrane risk of bias (ROB 2.0) tool. Quantitative analyzes were performed in R V. 4.0.5 using random effects. Results. The searches identified 8697 studies, of which 7 RCTs were included in the qualitative synthesis. Most studies were assessed to have high or low ROB in at least three domains. This article focuses on the results of a research on the concept of critical reading of the media in school coursebooks from seventh grade in primary school to second grade in secondary school, by considering the point of view of the communication and educational areas. The aim is to know the concept of critical reading that is present in the coursebooks given by the Ministry of Education, in order to establish the levels of media alphabetization that are given by the several contents and activities inside the learning resources. The results indicates that the methodology proposed for the teaching of the media’s critical readings in coursebooks focuses on an education “through” the media, by emphasizing the functional and instrumental level of the media in all of the coursebooks that were analyzed.

This paper offers the results of a content analysis on how Spanish media are using the 360º video feature. Unlike other conventional ways of storytelling, this new modality provides the viewer with a sensation of being really present in a reality that is only being represented, which favors a deeper and more meaningful understanding of it. The study consists of a sample of 147 360º video features produced by 19 Spanish media between January 2015 and December 2017. The results confirm a slight increase in the number of publications in 2017 and a preference for using this format to cover social issues. The main purpose of these features seems to be to show the events in their context. The use of the several techniques to increase the sense of presence is still low.

Biomass of Pseudomonas sp. LMTK32 was produced from modification of culture media Yeast Extract Mannitol Broth (YEMB) with the aim of increasing the number of viable cells with the ability to promote the germination of maca seeds pelleted with the bacteria and reduce production costs. In the optimization process, the yeast extract and mannitol components of the LMC culture media were replaced by commercial sources of sucrose and glutamate, whose concentrations were determined in flasks by statistical design from Box-Behnken; in addition, the effect of the inoculum percentage on the time of biomass production was determined. The present research has been done in the middle and high basin of Nanay river with the purpose to propose lines of integral development of the natural resources from the communities, beganning by the characteristics of the dynamic and its exploitation. The participants were 1066 students and the sample was a probabilistics one. We used a correlational design, as it was sought to determine the degree of relationship between two variables, in this case the index of relation between social habilities and the index of use of internet social networks in high school participants from a state and a non state institutions of the city of Lima. Results show a negative and significant interaction between the full score on the scale of social skills and the index of addiction to internet networks, as well as in the scores of most of the components of the results of the variables under study.
