In this article, the author analyzes strengths and weaknesses of the domain systems of minerals, allowing us knowing the system adopted for our Constitution. Then, the author evaluates the characteristics and legal nature of mineral exploration concession and exploitation. After that, he will examine in detail the mining procedure govern by the GeneralMining Law and its Regulations, which allow domestic and foreign investors to obtain themining concession title. La titulización de activos se ha convertido, qué duda cabe, en un importante instrumento de financiamiento en los últimos tiempos para todo tipo y tamaño de empresas, amoldándose a distintas estructuras, necesidades y circunstancias. Sin embargo, es usual que se trate de emisiones de bonos o instrumentos de deuda, siendo el uso de certificados de participación más bien residual. En este trabajo se tratará de explicar cómo funcionan los certificados de participación emitidos en el marco de procesos de titulización y qué ventajas podemos encontrar en determinadas circunstancias.

The strengthening of civil registration and vital statistics (RCEV) systems is essential to assess the impact of health interventions and the effects of health emergencies. Peru faced the COVID-19 pandemic, in the process of strengthening the RCEV system, in which the implementation of SINADEF stood out, which allowed it to improve the quality and coverage of information on mortality. A compilation of information from various public information sources was carried out to calculate the coverage of mortality in Peru for the period 2012 to 2019. The coverage of deaths with medical certification rose from 57.65% in 2016 to 71.6% in 2019 and improved in all regions of Peru at the national level, additionally, online certification of deaths rose from 29% in 2017 to 86% in 2020. The objective of this paper is to extend the application range of ISO 9001:2008 in Education Institutions related to the quality accreditation processes. To this purpose, performance implications using this regulation are presented. To apply a Quality Management System (QMS) in small business, is a worth experience and also it is an example for others in Peru. This is the reason why we describe this experience that is due to a work done to implement the QMS ISO 9001:2008 with an emphasis on production, in a small company of industrial garment, being this, the first in the country to certify in that field. The article points out the requirements and the proper procedure to be followed by a small industrial clothing company to achieve a successful implementation in their organizations and obtain the certification.

Objective: to describe availability of pediatric cardiovascular surgeons and to identify factors influencing accreditation for this specialty in Peru. Materials and methods: this is a cross-sectional and descriptive study. A discriminating exponential snowball sampling procedure was performed in pediatric cardiovascular surgeons working in the Peruvian National Cardiovascular Institute. This was carried out in April 2019. Their participation was requested and virtual surveys were carried out. Data collected from closed questions were processed using descriptive statistics.
