La evolución de la formación de comunicadores en América Latina, influenciada por modelos curriculares cambiantes, plantea cuestionamientos sobre la relevancia de la innovación social. The forensic anthropology in Perú has a recent development, because of the investigations assumed around the Armed Conflict Internal 1980-2000. One of the main issues in such tasks is the search of the missing persons and the identification of the victims exhumed, many of them remaining unidentified. This article reflects on connectivism as a pedagogical approach for the development of learning processes that can be generated from information and communication technologies applied to education. Organizational change is a topic that has been increasingly developed methodologically in the last seventy years after Kurt Lewin in the 1950s raised this topic under the Theory of Fields or Forces. Background: endocrine disorders may affect sexuality due to hormonal changes, associated comorbidities and psychosocial impact. This topic remains poorly researched from the perspective of people with these conditions. Objectives: a qualitative research was conducted to understand the sexual experiences of women and men living with endocrine disorders that change their physical appearance. Methods: an analytical-interpretive study was carried out with a sample of 68 participants aged between 20 and 45, and treated at the National Institute of Endocrinology, Havana, Cuba. This work identifies, from the bibliographic point of view, the different contributions, proposals, approaches and studies around the reform of the administration of justice in Peru, also called modernization, restructuring or refounding of the Judiciary. Notwithstanding the wide bibliography on this important subject, an interesting nucleus of publications corresponding to the 20th century and the beginning of the present century is reported. A first bibliographical review to promote research on the Peruvian judiciary and understand its historical evolution precedes a timely analysis of the author on the need for a change from the Judiciary itself, circumscribed to a democratic theory for judicial governance, and involves the participation of the different actors of the justice system and civil society, by a solid and predictable Judiciary as a support for constitutional democracy.

Postmodernity has crossed the boundaries of art and philosophy very quickly, and by challenging the philosophical foundations of the social sciences, it has a great influence on mastering the theorizing of these fields. Consequently, the science of policymaking in general, and theories of policymaking in particular, have not remained immune to postmodern doctrines. Having said this, the objective of this essay is the analysis and examination of the models of explanation of the policy formulation process based on an approach of the postmodern paradigm. This proposal aims to improve the efficiency of the packaging process of a company specialized in seasonings and ground foods through the application of the Lean Manufacturing approach. To carry out this study, data was collected from a Peruvian company, which was evaluated using a simulated validation model in the Arena version 16.1 program. This process included the participation of experts in the relevant areas, ensuring significant results for potential implementation. The results obtained indicated a significant reduction from 7.5% to 0.08% in the generation of defective products per production. In addition, production times were reduced in tasks related to the packaging line of one of its products. The aim of this paper is to highlight the ductility of the legislative limit of the employer’s supervisory power. This is favoured by the use of abstract terms such as «reasonable and necessary». These terms are left to the employer to define and justify the application of labour inspection measures, such as video surveillance. The referred ductility allows the obtaining of evidence with violation of the fundamental right of the worker to the protection of personal data related to his dignity. The integrative approach to care for patients demands training to evaluate frequent chronic problems in the outpatient clinic. Patients with hypertension, diabetes mellitus and asthma can be approach using models of evaluations such as the TOPIC that allows to order the evaluations in a structured sequence of four mayor tasks: processing of the information, development of an adequate physician-patient-family relationship and integrating information and learning for life. Processing information implies four sub-activities in which we evaluate patient´s expectations and concerns, severity and control of conditions, adherence and side effects of treatments focusing on damage to target organs and comorbidities. Applying this model can help physicians and their patients to be more efficient in managing chronic problems considering the short time available for ambulatory care.

This study analyzes the effectiveness of conciliation in labor proceedings at the Superior Court of Justice at La Libertad, and it addresses the need to take advantage of the scheduling and development of the conciliation hearing to implement mechanisms to optimize the hearing of labor proceedings. To this end, the principles of concentration, celerity, and procedural economy are taken into account. In the 1920s Lima was conceived as a utopian Europe and "old world" architectural styles were transplanted to this city. to represent, paradoxically, the "new homeland" The last decades of Lima under English colonial influence and the beginning of a new stage of domination sinceUSA. They were expressed in a varied and fanciful Lima architecture. It was in the Lima home, especially in the "chalet" that this phenomenon had its maximum expression.We verified this in the neighborhood of Santa Beatriz (1921-1930)); Through a sample of 53 homes obtained from the Archive of the Ministry of Public Works, it is discovered that the residential architecture of this neighborhood, both single-family housing and collective housing, It was conceived by architects - I mean the first construction architects of Peru - and engineers.
