The aim of this study is to present an extended model of money laundering control according to the factors related to transparency in the banking system of Melli Bank of Iran. Accordingly, in this study, the factors affecting money laundering control were first identified through exploratory studies and survey of experts familiar with the subject using Delphi technique, and then, these factors were tested in the form of a model designed in the statistical population. The present study aimed to analyze the structure of administrative systems in Hormozgan and its adaptation to the 1404 perspective with the land use planning (land preparation) approach. This paper is applied in purpose and is descriptive-analytical in nature. The statistical population of this research is Hormozgan as one of the Iran provinces. So, this research aimed to provide a human resource management model based on knowledge management in executive organizations in Sari, Iran.
