The aim of this paper is to highlight the ductility of the legislative limit of the employer’s supervisory power. This is favoured by the use of abstract terms such as «reasonable and necessary». These terms are left to the employer to define and justify the application of labour inspection measures, such as video surveillance. The referred ductility allows the obtaining of evidence with violation of the fundamental right of the worker to the protection of personal data related to his dignity. Frequently, the evidence is relevant —especially when it relates to the imposition of disciplinary measures— and it is admitted into labour proceedings without any additional filter. Toxicity can have a major impact on player engagement and satisfaction. It is a complex phenomenon that has diverse causes and consequences. Among the most common causes are anonymity, competitiveness and frustration. The consequences can be serious, such as harassment, abandonment of the game and psychological damage. Gaming companies are working to find ways to address forms of toxicity on their platforms. One of the most common interactions with toxicity occurs in chat windows or in-game messaging systems. The proposed work is to pull some chat messages that occur in these "lobbies" or take them offline so that they can be categorized to determine if the player who wrote in the chat committed an infraction and depending on the category take action on the case.

El siguiente trabajo consiste en el diseño y producción de contenido para Shortcut, un canal multiplataforma de tutoriales de edición y animación digital, creado para difundir contenido técnico. Este incluye el diseño de la identidad visual de la marca y la producción del contenido, que comprende de videotutoriales para YouTube, gráficas para redes sociales y mini tutoriales para Reels y TikTok. El objetivo fue crear contenido de calidad, conciso y de corta duración, que pudiera brindar soluciones rápidas a problemas específicos. Finalmente, se presenta un apartado de las lecciones que fueron aprendidas en el transcurso de la implementación del proyecto.

The objective of this study was to assess the effects of saponins derived from Chenopodium quinoa by-products on methane (CH4) production in a ruminal fermentation system under in vitro conditions. Additionally, the study included the analysis of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) and true dry matter digestibility (TDMD). The saponin extracts obtained from three quinoa varieties were Altiplano (AS), Quillahuaman (QS), and Salcedo (SS), and were tested at six different doses (0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, and 1.0mg/mL) each. Rumen fluid was obtained from two fistulated Junín breed sheep, with alfalfa hay (AH) and a 1:1 mixture of maize and bran (MB) was used as basal substrates. The objective of this study was to conduct agricultural zoning of climate risk for quinoa cultivation. Data from 38 meteorological stations of the National Meteorology and Hydrology Service in Puno region were used. The zoning was based on the development of the water balance model, applying the water requirement satisfaction index (ISNA), for two levels of soil available water capacity (115 mm/m and 145 mm/m). Spatial analysis of the ETr/ETm ratio, obtained from the SARRAZON model, was carried out for each phenological stage through frequency analysis of ISNA values. These data were processed in ArcGIS10.0, using the ordinary kriging interpolation method. El presente trabajo describe el proceso de realización del videoclip “Ojitos”, del compositor Gino Vásquez, desde nuestra experiencia en dirección y dirección de fotografía. La intención del proyecto fue crear una pieza audiovisual que represente una parte trascendental de la vida del artista musical mientras se espera el lanzamiento de su disco. Frente a la decisión de llevar a cabo el video musical en Cusco, tuvimos que diseñar una variedad de estrategias y planes para crear el proyecto de manera remota en primera instancia, y posteriormente, para ejecutar el plan en el lugar en un plazo de tiempo limitado. Aún con las limitaciones, se obtuvo un videoclip que cumplió las demandas estéticas del artista, basando las propuestas visuales y narrativas en las emociones que se buscaba transmitir.

En la investigación presentada, se explora el uso del video como herramienta de coevaluación potencial en el aula de lenguas adicionales. El objetivo principal es determinar el grado de éxito en la aplicación de un proceso de coevaluación a partir de la creación de un video sobre una recomendación literaria en el contexto de aprendizaje de catalán como lengua adicional en Chile. Para ello, a través de una metodología mixta, se presentan los resultados principales de dos encuestas realizadas al estudiantado y se analizan los resultados relacionados con la desviación estándar en las calificaciones y el grado de motivación expresado. Los resultados de investigación demuestran que el sistema de coevaluación es exitoso para el estudiantado, con algunas dificultades asociadas al grado de familiaridad del instrumento, así como de la tarea de evaluar a sus pares.

Objective: To evaluate the attitudes and perceptions of dental students following the implementation of an online video and podcast compared to a traditional educational strategy in the Endodontics course. Materials and Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted among students enrolled in the Endodontics course. A measurement instrument was developed and validated through expert judgment; it consisted of fifteen items assessing attitudes and ten questions regarding perceptions. A 4.30-minute video was created on the topic of chamber access in maxillary teeth, and a 15-minute podcast was produced on pulpal lesions.
