The research objective is to determine the status of coherent speech development in 3rd-grade students in the process of constructive and artistic activity. The article defines the criteria (structural and compositional, communicative and productive, and communicative and creative), indicators, and levels of development of coherent speech in elementary school students in the process of constructive and artistic activity. The judicial process followed against César Vallejo is one of the most iconic cases of our legal system, as it not only resulted in the imprisonment of our universal poet but also took place when the foundations of our penal system were being reformed. In other words, the trial was an opportunity to demonstrate that our penal system evolved from an inquisitorial to an accusatorial system. Unfortunately, the opposite proved to be true: despite the change of code, the inquisitorial assumptions were unfairly applied against our universal poet with the purpose of ensuring his imprisonment during the instructive stage of the process, that is, before the relevant oral trial to determine his innocence. In this sense, this article seeks to demonstrate how the purpose of this first stage was undermined.

Research related to the teaching-learning process, for many years, has been a concern of teachers and researchers to transform the traditional role of the student as a spectator and of the teacher as the main actor. The work presented constitutes part of the research carried out by the authors in the search for proposals that transform the teaching-learning process of physics in pre-university education and their objective is to establish the foundations and recommendations for the use of projects as a method that encourages students to become protagonists of their own learning.

The sample that is the subject of study is a concentrate mainly of gold pyrite, product of the flotation process, from Empresa Minera Aurífera Calpa S.A. The characterization of the concentrate in the UNMSM polarized light microscope shows the presence of pyrite, sphalerite, chalcopyrite, electrum, marcasite, pyrrhotite, arsenopyrite, rutile and gangue. In the polished briquette corresponding to the +100 mesh, the presence of electrum has been observed. This work uses the image processing methods and neural network to classify the sign language patterns, a set of function had been implemented in Matlab to achieve our goal. Our vocabulary of sign language are composed of 24 letters belong to the alphabet, this work considers only those gestures without movement, our hardware are a digital camera and a PC.

In this study, an analysis of pre-trial proceedings is made, given the new scenario of programming virtual hearings and the subsequent procedural burden that will arise once the state of emergency is lifted. Moreover, operational aspects are raised for the correct application of this procedural institution and statistical data on its use in specialized courts in different parts of the country are evaluated, in order to reevaluate the advantages of pre-trial proceedings as a tool for procedural simplification that leads to an expeditious, effective and timely resolution.

The massive use of social networks and the anonymity that this provides has made possible not only the immediate communication between users, but also the spread of hate speech against certain groups of our society in the form of offensive messages to them, this has led to a serious social problem, which remains a topic of current research along with NLP.
