Numerous studies have demonstrated that teachers constitute a professional group with a higher vulnerability to developing emotional exhaustion, burnout, and chronic stress, it becomes imperative to address the need for learning and relearning emotional skills among educators, both during their training and during of their professional activities. In order to address this inadequately understood and addressed need, based on the conceptual and methodological framework developed by Mayer and Salovey, the Program “Relearning to Learn About My Emotions” has been created for Regular Basic Education teachers. The purpose of this study was to investigate adventure tourism in the Quillcayhuanca Gorge, located in the Cordillera Blanca within the Huascarán National Park near the city of Huaraz, and determine how this activity with its different modalities impacts natural resources such as soil, water, air and depredating flora and fauna.It is presented in detail the processing and analysis of the data using as an instrument the survey to the residents of the community of Unchus and its annex Llupa who are the people who know the place and are involved with adventure tourism in Quillcayhuanca. We also performed the direct observation technique and to corroborate the data we used the documentary analysis. The design process for a pavement structure assumes that the subgrade will saturate at some point during the service life, however, the saturation of the subgrade depends on the conditions depending on the region in which it is located. Therefore, it is necessary to study design conditions for partially saturated subgrade. The present research aims to implement the spectrum of RAMCODES design curves for unsaturated subgrade soils, applied to the design of flexible pavements under environmental and traffic conditions associated with the Oyon-Ambo highway. In 2019, a teacher and a group of students from a teacher training program at a private university in Lima designed a reading workshop aimed at children from the rural community of Sacsamarca (Ayacucho) whose ages ranged from 3 to 12 years. The objectives of the workshop were to create a space for shared reading so that children have access to the book outside of the school context and to implement a home loan system for books to promote the circulation of books. La presente investigación surge de la necesidad de implementar espacios que permitan a los docentes identificar y desarrollar estrategias para enfrentar la carga emocional que la labor docente y contexto socio familiar trae consigo. Para ello, se ha propuesto el programa Ser sensitivo destinado a mejorar la inteligencia emocional de los docentes de secundaria gracias a la aplicación de técnicas cognitivo-conductuales; consta de cinco módulos diseñados en función de las dimensiones: autoconciencia, autogestión, motivación al logro, empatía y habilidades sociales (Goleman (2013) que fueron diseñadas siguiendo la secuencia metodológica: atención emocional, facilitación emocional, comprensión emocional, regulación emocional propuesta por López, Fernández y Marquez (2008).
