The judicial process followed against César Vallejo is one of the most iconic cases of our legal system, as it not only resulted in the imprisonment of our universal poet but also took place when the foundations of our penal system were being reformed. In other words, the trial was an opportunity to demonstrate that our penal system evolved from an inquisitorial to an accusatorial system. Unfortunately, the opposite proved to be true: despite the change of code, the inquisitorial assumptions were unfairly applied against our universal poet with the purpose of ensuring his imprisonment during the instructive stage of the process, that is, before the relevant oral trial to determine his innocence. In this sense, this article seeks to demonstrate how the purpose of this first stage was undermined.

The sample that is the subject of study is a concentrate mainly of gold pyrite, product of the flotation process, from Empresa Minera Aurífera Calpa S.A. The characterization of the concentrate in the UNMSM polarized light microscope shows the presence of pyrite, sphalerite, chalcopyrite, electrum, marcasite, pyrrhotite, arsenopyrite, rutile and gangue. The main objective of this article is to present a synthesis of the various contributions that national and foreign researchers have made to the pre-Hispanic archaeology of the Chicama Valley, located in the Department of La Libertad, Peru. Through the analysis of the archaeological literature published to date, a balance and critical evaluation of current knowledge about the occupational history of the lower and middle Chicama valley. Finally, we outline new problems and working hypotheses for future archaeological investigations of this rich valley of the Peruvian north coast.

The objective of this article is to compare two texts of the Peruvian oral tradition, the stories "El caldo de sapo" and "El condemned de Vicco", narratives belonging to the province of Pasco, for which both texts were analyzed with genetics or textual criticism. . The analysis compared the antetexts with the texts; the antetexts as original stories of the oral narration and the texts as written stories with improvements made by the transcribers. Starting from the theoretic model of cognitive psychology and psycholinguistics, and in particular the theory of Van Dijk and Kintsch (1983, 1993, 1994). The author explores the problematic of comprehensive reading in a group of children and teenagers with learning disabilities in the province of Callao, trying to know how much can they could intervening in the improvement of their reading weakness, for what we have design and application and an Experimental Program of Treatment. En los últimos años, el uso de cámaras multiespectrales ha ido en aumento debido a su capacidad para analizar diferentes características de los materiales. Así, múltiples métodos para desarrollarlas están siendo estudiados. Un nuevo prototipo de una camara multiespectral de tipo multiespectral filter array, que utiliza nanowires como filtros, se ha desarrollado en el grupo de investigación de Nanophotonics de la universidad de Harvard. El presente trabajo monográfico se elaboró con la finalidad de dar a conocer un nuevo proyecto de innovación que consiste en la “elaboración de un néctar de kaky”, mediante procesos tecnológicos. El kaky posee un notable valor nutritivo debido a su gran aporte, ricos en aminoácidos, vitamina A, vitamina C y antioxidantes. Por esta razón, constituye un buen complemento de cualquier dieta, especialmente de las que son deficitarias en dichas vitaminas y promocionar su consumo. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la efectividad del programa Lectores críticos en la competencia lectora de textos argumentativos. El estudio es de nivel explicativo, tipo aplicada con diseño cuasi experimental. La muestra estuvo conformada por 36 estudiantes del 4° grado de secundaria de una institución educativa pública de Lima-Metropolitana y se distribuyó en dos grupos: experimental y control, los cuales se determinaron a partir de criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Se aplicó un pretest antes de la aplicación del programa y un postest después de la misma con la finalidad de comparar las medias. Los resultados que se obtuvieron indican que la aplicación del programa mejoró la competencia lectora de los estudiantes que recibieron la intervención educativa.
