This dissertation investigates the potential improvement of volcanic eruption understanding and forecasting methods by using advanced data processing techniques to analyze large datasets at three target volcanoes (Piton de la Fournaise (PdlF) (France), Sabancaya, and Ubinas (Peru)). The central objective of this study is to search for possible empirical relationships between the pre-eruptive behavior of the accelerated increase in seismic activity using the Failure Forecast Method (FFM) and velocity variations measured by Coda Wave Interferometry (CWI), since both observations are reported to be independently associated with medium damage. In this article, a simulation model was developed to propose and evaluate improvements that increase the productivity of the production process of a manufacturing company and at the same time help achieve the company's objectives, for which the Promodel simulation software was used. The study begins with the conceptualization of the model explaining the operation of the production process of the company, detailing the transactions used in the operations and then presenting the layout of the model with the different locations, entities and resources provided by the production process. And finally the results of the model are transcribed with the new values of the variables that intervene in the process and with these values compare it with the current ones and obtain the conclusions of productivity improvement.

Our location in the world makes us a country with a high seismic risk. Taking into account that the information produced during a seismic event is of vital importance for the study carried out by seismology, it is necessary to use the appropriate type of instrumentation to record these data. Currently, electronics provides the necessary technology for the study of phenomena of this type. The design and construction of a Digital Accelerograph will allow us to carry out a detailed study of a seismic movement and the effect caused on the structure of buildings. Finally, we can say that the construction of an instrument of this type at a low cost will allow repowering and increasing the CISMID accelerographic network and, in general, improve the knowledge of seismic phenomena at the national level.

This system provides one interface graph of virtual control, considering the heat needed for the process in funtioning, nevertheless, the interferences generated towards the process can achieve an increase of the temperature to the system, incorporating an alarm to avoid losses in the production. Finally, option of sampling have been designed in the Control Panel, as quantity of information to measure, passes time, speed of sampling, quantity of taken information, to indicate the time in which some event has happened, etc. Important to facilitate the capture of decisions.

Under a qualitative-ethnographic methodology, this paper reports the findings obtained during fieldwork practice held in May, 2023 in Ayacucho Perú, as part of the Anthropology program at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. This paper describes the work of forensic officials and psychological companions during the restitution of human remains of victims from the Internal Armed Conflict in Perú, as well as the relations established with the families of the disappeared. They took as indicators to evaluate the acting of the system; the level of service that perform the center, the time of answer, so much in the reception as the despatch and the operative costs. With the simulation model they were executed a series of experiments; as the plant layout of the warehouse, modifications in the reception processes and shipping, obtaining this way a configuration that the yield of the system increases in study in approximately 40%.

Los eventos de floraciones algales nocivas (FAN) generan riesgos ambientales, económicos y de salud pública a nivel mundial. La presente investigación se enfoca en la región altoandina del Perú específicamente en el embalse Condoroma, el cual es clave para actividades agrícolas, energéticas y poblacionales, por lo que requiere herramientas efectivas para el monitoreo de indicadores como los niveles de clorofila-a. Se determinaron las características del aerosol recuperado en la estación AERONET de Huancayo. El estudio se realizó durante los eventos de quema de biomasa del año 2019. Se procesaron los datos del sensor MODIS de los satélites Aqua y Terra, y del fotómetro CIMEL. Se han calculado los valores medios, mínimos y máximos del espesor óptico del aerosol (AOD) y el exponente de Angstrom (EA), asimismo se determinaron los tipos de aerosoles presentes en el Observatorio de Huancayo. Para la intercomparación de los resultados se utilizaron los datos del Fotómetro de la red internacional AERO- NET localizado en Huancayo. El presente documento trata sobre la implementación de un nuevo sistema de auditoría asíncrona en Minotech, una empresa latinoamericana líder en proveer sistemas de puntos de venta para el comercio minorista. Los dispositivos de la empresa se comunican de forma directa con su centro de datos a través de servicios web.
