This paper is about the legitimate as an institution of the Inheritance Law and it focus in the discussion over if it would be considered as a pars hereditatis or as a pars bonorum. Following that, the author links the legitimate with the family institution along with how it could be a correspondence between who can receive this inheritance anticipated and who could receive the inheritance. Likewise, backed on national legislation the author takes a stand saying that the legitimate is pars hereditatis because of includes the heirs only. Finally, the author give us more scopes regarding the legitimate while explains how it be related with the institution of collation.

Bartonella bacilliformis is the etiologic agent of Carrion's disease, which if endemic to Peru. Studies on antimicrobial resistance genes from clinical isolates of this pathogen are scarce, and the molecular characteristics of these genes and their region resistance-associated are currently unknown. In this work we made the molecular characterization of the quinolone-resistance, and establish the region (QRDR) for the topoisomerase IV, which is encoded by the parC and parE genes, as well as develop an antimicrobial susceptibility test for B. bacilliformis. 65 Blood samples from La Libertad, Cusco, Ancash and Piura were processed on Blood Agar plates and incubated at 30 °C, 5% CO2. The antimicrobial susceptibility was determined, then the genomic DNA extracted, aforementioned genes amplified, their sequence determined and it analyzed using bioinformatics tools. El proyecto aborda la inseguridad que perciben las adolescentes mujeres de entre 13 y 18 años en los parques y plazas del área urbana de Arequipa. Esta percepción surge principalmente de problemas como una iluminación inadecuada, una presencia preventiva limitada y una señalización insuficiente, lo que termina restringiendo su tiempo de permanencia y su autonomía en estos espacios públicos.

Analiza los mecanismos implicados en la formación de reordenamientos cromosómicos asociados a la progresión tumoral , más específicamente , al papel de los sitios frágiles comunes (SFC) que son loci cromosómicos donde roturas se producen cuando cultivamos las células en condiciones de estrés. Mostramos que esos reordenamientos pueden ser iniciados en vivo por eventos en los SFC, como en la amplificación del gen PIP1, a nivel del sitio frágil FRA7I. También identificamos y clonamos el SFC Fra6C1 (ratón) y su ortólogo humano FRA4F (4q22), en una región de sintenia de 7Mb que abarca el gen Grid2. En varios canceres, se observa deleciones en esta región, indicando que FRA4F podría actuar en el desarrollo de la carcinogénesis. Juan Ramírez Ruiz is the author of the concept of the integral poem. This poetic proposal (published in manifesto format) was considered the birth certificate of the Hora Zero group (in the 70s). In this document, the express idea was that poetry should be written as indicated in this founding manifesto. The article intends to verify the fulfillment of the poetic mandate in the lyrical writing of the author of the manifesto. In this perspective, the analysis of the poem «A couple of turns around reality» (signature poem of the author’s first book) is based on the categories proposed in the pragmatics of Luis Ángel Luján, in the hermeneutics of Terry Eagleton and in the textual rhetoric by Stefano Arduini.
