The present article tries on the application of a model of mixed integer lineal programming with multiple objectives for the planning of the production system of a pharmaceutical laboratory, with the purpose of improving the taking of decisions when planning the production. It understands the description of the case of study, the considered suppositions, formulation of the model and the results of the same one.

The objective of this study was to optimize the formulation of low-fat cabanossiusing the Mix Design method (D-Optimal) from 16 cabanossi formulationscomposed of Lama glama meat (60-80%), pork fat (10-20%) and cookedpotato pulp (10-20%). The response variables were: a texture profile analysis(cohesiveness, chewiness, hardness, gumminess and springiness), chroma(C*), moisture, yield, water activity and pH. For the optimization stage, it wasconsidered minimizing the pork fat, maintaining the hardness and humidity assimilar as to those in a commercial cabanossi. The mixture design analysis setup the formulation with 72.41% of llama meat, 10.78% pork fat and 16.81%cooked potato pulp as the optimum, with 0.84 of desirability. Para lo cual primero se desarrollaron estudios de preformulación en la que se caracterizó tanto las propiedades del principio activo como de los excipientes a ser utilizados. Objective: To demonstrate the influence of taxation on the accounting expertise of micro and small entrepreneurs in a process of money laundering. Method: The study was quantitative, descriptive and exploratory; the non-experimental transectional study. A field inspection was carried out, with observations of the micro and small entities using surveys during the 2018-2019 period. Results: Taxation directly influences the accounting expertise practiced by MYPES since the expert practice is determined from an accounting purely for tax purposes, with the formulation of external professionals that contains inconsistencies and inaccuracies with the transactions carried out by their organization. In the camu camu (Myrciaria dubia) processing, the peels and seeds are the main residues with a high potential for use as they contain anthocyanins (peel) and phenolic compounds. The objective of this research was to take advantage of camu camu peels and seeds as ingredients for infusion filters, and to evaluate the effect of drying. First, the peels and seeds were dehydrated at three temperatures (50, 65 and 70°C) and characterized in total anthocyanins and total phenolic compounds. Then, they were sieved considering two size ranges: small (between 0.1 and 0.475 cm) and large (larger than 0.475 cm) to be evaluated sensorially by a trained panel as an infusion, using a hedonic scale of general acceptability of 10 cm.
