El artículo tiene como objetivo describir la tutoría universitaria como un medio de acompañamiento en el proceso educativo de educación superior universitaria desde la postura y rol del estudiante. Metodológicamente, el estudio es el resultado de una revisión sistemática con trabajo de campo que ha permitido recoger puntos de vista sobre la tutoría y sobre el papel del tutor concebido orgánicamente en función de las necesidades del estudiante universitario, no solo en el aspecto cognitivo, sino en la incorporación de elementos que comprendan los aspectos afectivos. Se concluyó que la tutoría universitaria concebida como acompañamiento pertinente constituye un medio de acompañamiento eficaz en el proceso educativo de educación superior universitaria.

Coming into being and development of inclusive education in contemporary Ukrainian society are analysed. The tasks of educational institutions in creating an inclusive space are defined, and the approaches to work with children with disabilities are identified. Works of foreign and domestic scholars and practitioners who studied the problems of inclusion of children with disabilities in the educational process and in the context of social rehabilitation activities are studied. Emphasis is placed on theoretical analysis of social rehabilitation practices of inclusion. A mechanism for implementing social rehabilitation practices of inclusion in the educational process of working with children with disabilities is suggested.

Teachers´ engagement in change processes is closely related to their attitudes and views on education. Therefore, any successful educational change demands that teachers reevaluate their profession, as personal and professional factors are clearly relevant. The goal of this study is to test a predictive statistical model of teacher´s engagement in educational change considering personality factors and self-evaluation. The random and representative sample of Peruvian teachers comprised of 888 subjects. Results show good model fit and a strong predictive power on educational changes. The study confirms that personality and selfconcept are strong predictors on teacher´s engagement with educational change.

The research proposes a three-dimensional psychosocial and cultural model to develop creativity in primary educa-tion. The benefits of boosting creativity in children between six and twelve years old were the starting point. To determine the effectiveness of the balanced scorecard management model in improving the quality of customer service at the Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Privado Juan Bosco at Huánuco, 2020.
