The curriculum is a dynamic and indissoluble process that plays a significant role for educational entities, since it allows to base and complement education according to the requirements and needs of society and culture. Therefore, this article shows the results of a research process that aimed to determine a proposal for curricular innovation from the critical thinking approach that favors the development of academic and directive management of the school. Education and its current role in society is a subject in which heterogeneous perceptions and possibilities converge; In particular, it has been approached from multiple perspectives to inquire how the educational curriculum responds to the increasingly permeable and complex social and cultural needs. Therefore, the objective of the article resides in reflecting on the educational and sociocultural connotations of the dialogic relationship of the curriculum with the pedagogical model.
