Peru is a pluricultural and multilingual country inhabited by 55 indigenous or indigenous peoples (51 Amazonian and 4 Andean peoples) who speak a total of 47 indigenous languages, according to the Official Database of Indigenous Peoples of the Ministry of Culture of Peru. Moreover, according to the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (INEI), the number of children and adolescents whose mother tongue is indigenous amounts to approximately 2 million, representing 8% of the national population. This diversity represents a challenge for the Peruvian State in the educational formation of basic and superior quality. In this context, this article aims to analyze the legal treatment, state advances and challenges in guaranteeing the right to bilingual intercultural education of Peruvian indigenous children.

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between ethical culture and emotional intelligence in students of the Monseñor Elías Olázar School of Pedagogical Public Higher Education in the year 2024. With this aim, current sources were investigated, leading to the constitution of a systematic theoretical framework that allowed us to delve into the understanding of the relationship between the variables. A quantitative approach, with a correlational and non-experimental design, was used with a representative sample of students from the institution. Validated questionnaires were applied to measure both variables and the Spearman evaluation was used to analyze the relationship between them. The purpose of the study is to establish the relationship between the perception of parental behaviors and social skills in a sample of 280 students, between 11 and 14 years, of a State Educational Institution of the Constitutional Province of Callao. There is a direct relationship between the adolescents' perception of the positive parenting practices of the father and the mother with the presence of social skills. The result of the study is due to social desirability, where adolescents seek to transmit a culturally acceptable image and avoid criticism. The implications of the results are discussed in terms of the objectives set, the social reality and the cultural reality of our country.

The purpose of this research was to determine how the Cuadernia educational software contributes to the teaching - learning process and the academic performance of Mathematics in fifth year students of the educational institution Nr. 5143 Talent School of the Constitutional Province of Callao. The research was of quantitative approach, of applied type and quasi-experimental design. Conocida la condición de vulnerabilidad del Perú a enfrentar un evento sísmico de gran intensidad y en consecuencia un Tsunami, este estudio realiza un análisis del nivel de exposición de las Instituciones Educativas (IE) según su ubicación geográfica, para lo cual se utiliza la plataforma geoespacial Sistema de Información para la Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres (SIGRID), que alberga la información oficial, actualizada, técnico y científica producida en el Perú. Los doce años del Gobierno Revolucionario de las Fuerzas Armadas mostraron una serie de transformaciones que debían constar en la Constitución;la más conocida fue la intervención estatal en la economía, que incidió en lossectores agrario, industrial y educativo, entre otros. La más trascendental fuela propuesta de los legisladores de colocar a la Constitución como norma suprema y protectora de los derechos fundamentales que revalore la dignidaddel hombre como eje de la sociedad y del Estado, a partir del neoconstitucionalismo. Así, el derecho dejaba el análisis exclusivamente legal para sustituirlo por uno que abarcaba la interpretación como principio, argumento y contexto, vinculada con este prolegómeno.

Objective: To describe the family and social characteristics of patients hospitalized in the Instituto Nacional de Salud del Niño San Borja from April to December 2018. Materials and methods: A descriptive, observational and analytical research. Probability sampling was used in a study population of 4,383 patients. The sample consisted of 573 patients, with a 96 % confidence level and a 4 % margin of error. A data collection sheet included in the medical record was used as instrument. The data was processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics statistical software. Results: Forty-seven point one two percent (47.12 %) of the patients came from Lima Metropolitan Area, 2.97 % from the Constitutional Province of Callao, and 49.91 % from inland, including Lima Province. El presente estudio fue realizado con el objetivo de fortalecer el estado de salud de las madres y niños menores de 5 años en el Asentamiento Humano Flor de la Molina, Banda de Shilcayo Tarapoto. Mayo – diciembre 2017, con una población conformada por 79 madres y 135 niños. El tipo de investigación fue cuantitativa, experimental, prospectiva, de corte transversal. Se utilizó el diseño pre-experimental con un solo grupo con pre y post prueba, afín de evaluar la mejora del estado de salud. Resultados: El estado nutricional de las madres del Asentamiento Humano Flor de la Molina, Banda de Shilcayo fue normal en un 62%; mientras que los niños menores de 5 años presentaron 48,5% de obesidad, seguido de desnutrido agudo 31,5%. In this article, we briefly analyze the civil responsibility that the educational institution must assume regarding the damages suffered by children and adolescents (as students) when they are inside the educational institution or under its authority; we warn that, in spite of existing international and national instruments, such as the Convention on the Rights of the Child of which Peru is a party and the Political Constitution of the State, which establish a duty of the State to provide special protection to children and adolescents, they are suffering damages within educational institutions or under their authority. In our environment, no civil liability has been established against the breach of this duty of protection that causes harm to minors in educational institutions.
