This research seeks to promote the development of reading comprehension through the application of metacognitive strategies, as well as to publicize the importance of metacognition processes at different reading levels and the usefulness of designing teaching units that meet specific learning needs. For this, a qualitative - descriptive study was carried out with students in the third and fourth grades of primary school, in which the data obtained from the application of a didactic unit were analyzed, which included questionnaires in which the use was encouraged of metacognitive strategies (previous knowledge, prediction and verification and summary). The objective was to understand the training process in research as an academic practice, raising the need for strategies in the face of the weak habit of reading in training settings that allow us to respond to the crisis of interpretation of social problems. This reflection was raised from the phenomenological-hermeneutic method with a social-critical approach in a period of 2 years, training and accompanying 436 students with 145 proposals of formative research, collecting information through 5 semi-structured interviews with teachers and 50 student surveys. Therefore, this reflection is the starting point of a pedagogical proposal that promotes reading and critical reflection exercises. Consequently, the social sciences must formulate research routes that cross the curriculum, seeking in turn to guide and enhance the work of students in research procedures.

Background: A goal of health workforce planning is to have the most appropriate workforce available to meet prevailing needs. However, this is a difficult task when considering integrated care, as future workforces may require different numbers, roles and skill mixes than those at present. With this uncertainty and large variations in what constitutes integrated care, current health workforce policy and planning processes are poorly placed to respond. La investigación tuvo como el objetivo conocer la relación entre el plan anual de empleo y el desarrollo sostenible en el Gobierno Regional de Loreto, periodo 2022. Utilizando un diseño correlacional simple, no experimental, transversal y descriptivo y una población y muestra de 70 colaboradores, El cuestionario sirvió como instrumento y la encuesta como técnica. Con un coeficiente Rho de Spearman de 0,960 y un valor p de 0,000 (p 0,01), los resultados demuestran una relación significativa entre el plan anual de contrataciones y el desarrollo sostenible. Sin embargo, sólo el 92,16% del plan anual de contratación tiene un impacto en el desarrollo sostenible. El nivel del plan anual de contratación oscila entre un bajo 30% y un alto 19%. This study addresses literacy from the perspective of 12 Mexican teachers from various educational levels, with the objective of understanding their opinions on the factors that affect the teaching-learning process. With a qualitative approach and a phenomenological design, in-depth interviews were conducted which revealed a widespread perception of lagging literacy skills and poor student performance, from elementary school to university. Teachers attribute this problem to various factors, such as the lack of specialized teacher training, inadequate educational plans and programs, the socio-family context of the students, and the excessive use of technological devices. El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo general diseñar un programa de hábitos de estudio para potenciar la comprensión lectora en estudiantes del cuarto grado de primaria. La investigación se basó en un paradigma positivista, fundamentado en el enfoque cuantitativo de tipo no experimental a nivel descriptivo. La muestra consistió en treinta y uno estudiantes, seleccionados mediante el método no probabilístico con carácter intencional, a quienes se les aplicó un test para medir la comprensión lectora, el mismo que tiene valoraciones altas de validez (1.000) y confiabilidad (0.81), que está direccionado a evaluar la comprensión lectora en sus tres niveles: literal, inferencial y criterial. El método utilizado fue la investigación acción educativa lo que facilitó planificar, actuar, observar y reflexionar desde la práctica pedagógica. Santiaguito is a district in Peru’s northern Andes. In this paper we identify a number of opportunities to channel efforts towards its development. However, and as it is often the case, only the most explicit and obvious variables guide the development planning and management cycle. A non factual prospective analysis exercise allows to imagine a future situation that can be totally different from the originally proposed long-term vision. The plan was developed using the strategic process proposed by Dr. Fernando D’Alessio.
